I had applied for BSNL landline and braodband connection on 30th May 2011 at IIM Bangalore exchange, Bannerghatta Road. I had also deposited the initial Rs 500 fees as registration charges.
But, I never got the connection. When I called to enquire about the connection the BSNL JTO (Battera) and BSNL SDO (Shiv Shankar ) told me that there is no cable near my house and hence I could not get the telephone connection.
Even after requesting them repeatedly over the phone and also by visiting the BSNL exchange they did not give me any answer. Shiv Shankar infact started to misbehave.

I later stopped asking them for this and opted for Airtel and have happily using it.
But, a few days back I got a bill BSNL for Rs. 1200 for a phone and broadband number that doesn't exist. This is the limit of cheating and corruption by BSNL. They are a big time cheat.

I want some strict action to be taken against these cheat people and also want this FORGED bill to be cancelled against my name.

Is there a way to sue these people over this consumer court website, please let me know. i want the misbehaved and corrupt Shiv Shankar must be taught a lesson.
Plus, sending a bill for some service which I don't even have, the service which BSNL never provided, is completely insane.
