this is Pawanvir Singh Yadav from Kalyanpur, Lucknow. I have got a BSNL B-Phone connection with BBG 600 FN broadband connection. but both have been dead for more than 3 months and still there is no hope to resolve my problem as it appears no one is concerned here in BSNL. I have made complaints on 1500 and talked to SDO three - four times but just nothing happened. everytime i get cold replies that services will be restored sooner. I called to AGM and emailed to almost every officer i got the e-mail id of.

now i am in a real trouble because i get bills every month though not getting services and if i dont pay they say your phone will be disconnected automatically. what a dilemma for me? Apparently, Getting the telephone service disconnected by my side is a righteous call now. Hope someone can help me out from this situation.
