Dear Sir

We have a Phone connection of Airtel for Last 5 Years, number 45523023

In the month of June we had requested to shift the phone to another location in the same block

It took more than 10 days for them to organise it, the phone did not work there, However then we requested them to Install the phone at the previous address which is C2/210 II Floor Janakpuri, New Delhi 58

Since than the phone is not working, we have made lots of complaint via, phone, Email but there seems to be no end to our plight, every time we send a mail we get a mail saying that

we have many mails like the one above, we have even posted on their facebook page, but still no result

Our Braodband on the same connection is working and we are recicveing bill & mails regarding that regularly, but when we dial our number it says "the number does not exist" .

This is the first number on our Business card, we may be loosing lot of business because of it

Today some one from some agency to collect some document as they need to verify all the details again, including Photgraphs, ID Proof, Address proof.

We requet you to kindly take strong action agains AIRTEL.
