    dear sir
    i have taken a broadband connection for my office(08041304351)
    as the commited to give the fancy number to me they didnt give.
    and i told to disconnect the number.they excused with some stupid reason.
    i had payed the advance rental.so didnt disconnected.i told them repeatedly complaints they didnt not responded.now they are sending notice to me to pay the outstanding amount for which i had not used.

    Default AIRTEL Tel.No.01204262929 services disconnected from JUNE,2011,but BILLS BEEN RAISED.

    Dear Sir, I am Riu Arora & have Airtel LANDLINE & BROADBAND multiple plan connection for LAST MORE THAN 8 Years,in the name of my husband Sh.Suresh Arora bearing No 0120-4262929 (in NOIDA). However my said services are disconnected since around 4th JUNE 2011 onwards. And despite having called from my Mobile again and again on your customercare service(which gets hefty billings since it is a paid service for unprecedented waits) again & again,your represesentatives go off the line after very long waits and without resolving the problem.And for last couple of months it is been informed that your services are being upgraded,so your representatives are unable to open my Account for getting it reactivated.
    And despite the fact that that I am not availing your services since 4th June, 2011 onwards (which can be duly confirmed by you from your Network),the regular bills are being sent for the services not availed off by me nor provided by you, WHICH IS ABROLUTELY AGAINST THE DIRECTIVES GIVEN BY THE TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India).
    As such you are kindly requested to withdraw these Bills and if You Wish to continue the services then you may start with the OLD PLAN but I shall in any case not going to Pay for the Bills / Services which have illegally not been provided by you and not used by me.And if You choose not to continue with your services the please be Notified to Withdraw these bill Immediately. And in such an eventuality I shall be Constrained to to take appropriate legal action for causin me mental agony and pain besides claiming Damages for the same.
