    Default Reliance FWP deposite amount not received

    Res.Sir/Madam,
    My self Mitul Joshi,was using reliance FWP phone with no.0288-3212340,which I terminated in month of march-2009,at the time of closing that connection I requested to Madam who was on the duty at reliance Webword ,jamnagar (Gujarat) that pls adjust my last bill against my deposit of Rs.2000/- and give other deposit amount back to me like BSNL is doing ,so that madam told me that this kind of facility is not available in reliance communication so if you want to close your connection then pay your full last bill and then I will take your request for closing your connection, and after your connection close you will receive your amount in 2 to 3 months, then I played last full bill and deposited telephone instrument with charger. but after 3 months when I didn’t get any amount then i made complain in reliance communication which full detain is given below, where they didn’t had any information regarding my connection and they called me and asked me that from where and when you buy that connection and all other information regarding connection and then told we will solve your problem as soon as possible but then also when I didn’t receive any amount then again and again I mailed to reliance communication but they are only replying mail, but not take any proper stapes regarding my deposit of Rs.2000/-.so pls help me and solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

    my name is shailendra kumar shrivastava lived in nagpur (bhandara)
    yesterday rim.compay diducting my mony from my mo.no.9595577712
    but no any other servises i have received. so will you pleze refund my balance
    amount

    You need to talk to the Reliance India Mobile customer care, they can resolve your problem.
