Before 3-4 months Tata Indicom company launched a scheme of upgrading the landline phonesets.
But these new handsets, so called "WALKY-TALKY" are next to disaster. One cannot talk more than 5 minutes over this phone because it causes a severe pain in ear and head.
Now if sombody asks them to exchange the phone again, they will ask for an amount of 1400/-Rs.
Tata indicom has simply fooled their customers with this offer and has smartly got rid off their usless "WALKY-TALKY" handsets.
So, here I request you to take necessary steps in this direction and protect the rights of consumers.
