    Default delay in postpaid verification

    To,
    The concerned person,

    After waiting for 9 days to start my postpaid no-9892497074(SIM NO-8991921101214554580F) which i brought from dombivli branch of airtel,I have to write this letter to inform you that there has been no verification yet.I bought this no on 24th oct 2011 & was told that it'll start in 3 or 4 days but of no effect.So,it's my request to you to start this no as soon as possible.

    Unhappy Outgoing calls barred

    This is regarding Airtel Landline with unlimited broadband connection number 080 42121050. I am getting the message " Outgoing calls are barred temporarily. Please approach Airtel customer care". I had to contact them through my mobile phone several times incurring every time expenditure unnecessarily. This I have been doing since 1 Nov 2011. I even sent emails to appellate also . No use. The message still there and not able to call from this phone.I am surprised why such afault can not be located and rectified. Only recourse is left for me to go for other service providers after settling necessary compesation. I feel Airtel has to accept there delay/responsibility. I have got credit of more than Rs. 2000=00 with Airtel . Venkatadri

    Post Regarding deduction of balance .

    Sir/Madam
    I m a customer of Airtel digitel TV .
    I stopped my Digitel TV services for three months on 10-11-11 at night through calling digitel tv customer service center. But my services were not stopped that day. I again called customer service on 11-11-11 and asked to stop My tv services for the same time the person who attended my call,stopped my services.
    But on 12-11-11 I found that my balance was deducted . I called again to digitel tv customer service center and told my problem , person told me to hold the call and after 10 minutes he disconnected the call. I again called for 3-4 times but same condition.
    Now when I called after hearing my name the disconnected my call.
    But till now I don`t get the solution of my problem .
    What should I do. Please help me.

    Default airtel landphone complaint

    We are using airtel No.4370608 - 4370615.

    All the above numbers are not working from last 4 months . We have deposit Rs.19,000/- on 5/9/2011 . After submitting the payment we have send our representative to your Rajnagar branch send so many letters to your email for starting the outgoing facilities. But you have not start the outgoing facilities of our telephone.

    In the meantime you have send us a bill of Rs.15,000/- and we received telephone call from airtel office regarding above payment and they promised us only submitting the above payment , activate the outgoing facilities of our telephone.
    We have submitted Rs.15,000/- on 10/11/2011, but our telephone outgoing facilities not start
    Our representative went to your noida branch on 18/11/2011 regarding activate outgoing facilities of our telephone. They also promised within 24 hour they have start outgoing facilities.
    We regularly contact your Noida office, after 5 days they have start outgoing facilities of our
    One telephone number ( 4370608 ) and 4370609 to 4370615 is till dead.

    Please note that we have submitted payment (19,000/- + 15,000) Rs.34,000/- for our dead telephone numbers and till now our 8 telephone numbers not working

    Default Land line not working/sending bill regulerly

    MY tele no 075140724524 in the name of sterling techno contruction co.... add b...29 vijaya nagar jhansi road gwalior m.p is not working after so many times made complaints on tele phone. break down occured near one month ago no body taking initiating to rectify the problem.now i am informing you by this letter that i will not make payment against the currunt bill.you can keep this letter with you as record(and i will also keep it with me)If my tele will not activated with in 24 hours .

    Default Land line not working and it is imposible to make complaint on coustomer care from mobile than what

    if this feedback is going to air tell than to be care very seriously by air tell
    on 10.08.12 I called 3-4 times and on 11.08.12 i again called to 121 , 198 coustomer care to lodge my comlaint that my land line number 0180-4020616 is not working and i request to lodge complaint .
    it is not only funny the way / system , coustomer care representative does not bother and gives another number to contact

    it is use less service of air tel and coustomer from mobile can not make any complaint than what is via media

    can it be taken as my complaint

    Angry Airtel Landline is dead sice 15 days

    Hi,

    My airtel landline number is 07744408680.

    It is out service from past 15 days.
    we have been complaining to one of your executive Mr Kamlesh, Mobile number-09893104546.
    Iam making almost 10 calls/day to him since then.
    He is ignoring the complaint
    Please look into this ASAP else we need to take legal action against Airtel.

    Sir,
    We have told to disconnect our airtel landline connection & we are ready to pay the balance amount which is outstanding
    but still they are disturbing us by calling again & again or by messeging us so kindly please help us & stop there calls & sms.

    Default Complaint of improper billing

    Dear Sir,
    Our Telephone No. 07752401386 (Bilaspur,C.G), A/c No. 10450672

    We received your last bill no. 826923904 dated 06.08.12 for Rs.737.08 due date being 25.08.12. Bill amount includes Rs.100/- towards late fee whereas the previous month bill's due date was 25.07.12 and payment of which was made by us by cheque no. 918273 dated 23.07.12 for Rs.564.05. The captioned cheque was dropped in Cheque Collection Box on 23.07.12. The captioned cheque was cleared by our banker on 01.08.12. It no fault of the customer if either cheques are not taken out from the box same day and recorded or not presented to bank immediately for payment.

    When we complained in this regard to your Customer Care Department over phone, they agreed to waive off late fee and will be credited to our next bill.

    Same is position with current month's bill which was paid by us by cheque no.918294 dated 25.08.12 and dropped the cheque in your Cheque Collection Box same day. Still we are receiving reminder for payment of bill over our registered mobile no. with you.

    WE do not hesitate to write that it is just clear case of mismanagement and harassment to customer. Someone should have been there to receive the cheque from customer and acknowledgement to him.

    Please take immediate action in the matter.
