SirI have applied for BSNL Landline connection along with BSNL Broadband during April 2011. The Plan i opted is COMB600 and I was allotted Landline with Broadband for the plan i asked for. The phone number allotted to me is 0471-2360761.Being a Govt Employee I have attached Govt employee certifcate from my head of Institution for 20 % discount. They have already recorded the same on the top of my application when i submitted the application at Statue office(near Govt Press) Thiruvananthapuram.I have received four bills till now and they haven't given me this discount. I have made complaints every time i received the bill to the customer care at the same office where i submitted my application. Everytime they will say that they have rectified it and discount will be there in from next bill onwards.
