    Default PRI LIne not working

    Airtel PRI 044-43455555 not working since 3rd Aug Complaint No:1788334

    Airtel says that EPABX fault they are not responsible wherein in Purchase Order we have mentioned that AMC will be done by Airtel for life and they agreed for that. The EPABX seems to be outdated and no spares available. The EPABX is the property of Airtel and they have lest us to the mercy of their authorised service rep who neither cares to come immdlty nor service the spares.

    Airtel is totally out of picture but the bill is sure to come on time

    Please forward the complaint to appropriate authority for quick remedial action
