I send a mail to nodal officer of connect punjabas follows:

" My connect land line number 01815006100. Account number 218211. Please change my connect land line monthly rental from dsl-199 to dsl-299 (unlimited data usage speed 64kb/s). Please do the needful at your earliest and do send me a confirmation mail."

Then he replied as follows:

"This is in response to your request regarding change of tariff plan from DSL Combo 199 to Unlimited 299. As confirmed from the concerned department, you need to pay a one time charges of Rs. 450 + service taxes for the same.


I want to know that weather land line provider can charge for changing land line monthly rental plan?
