This is regarding my land line number 0832-2414067.

This land line is registered on my mothers name. The land line was disconnected due to delay in payment of aprill 2011 bill which had due date on 26th April. The bill was payed on 10th May 2011, but the land line was already disconnected. Since then m gettin bills of this number and also wen i enquired the BSNL department is saying that there is a bill pending of 2007 which is of sum rs. 145. When they cut the line for non payment of bill of just one month how can the bill of 4 yrs be pending and my services continue. I also enquired with 1500 which is their toll free helpline about my bills and they said its all clear and no bills are pending.

I have been constantly calling the BSNL office for the same but no actions have been taken. I only get a reply saying that there is a due payment of the year 2007 and sum of Rs. 145.

Please resolve this as early as possible since it has already taken lt of my patience and time o get my land line working also lot of problems being faced at home as my mom is alone at home n does not keep well.
