    Default Complaint against AIRTEL due to Instrument Fault

    Sir,

    I Purchase New Voice Instrument & Modem for Internet connection by AIRTEL in March 18 2011. But I am getting some trouble Till June by poor service of AIRTEL. Ii Request for Change my Instrument so many times. But no positive response by company. My voice instrument not working (humming sound & low voice) & so many disconnections in broadband.
    I am doing Freelance designing work. I lost so many contacts due to bad instrument of AIRTEL.
    Give me advise
    Can i attempt any case against AIRTEL.
