    Angry Complaint Against AIRTEL SUPPORT ENGINEER AND AIRTEL SERVICES

    Hello:

    My IPTV Account Number with Airtel is : 16227955

    MY IPTV, Airtel telephone, Internet services are down since 29th June 2011. I reported with Airtel Complaint Support team at 19:16 hrs on 30 June 2011, SERVICE NUMBER generated was : 48323960.

    I was given a service to be restored and Turnaround time by 13:30 Hrs 01 July 2011. But after several repeated calling NO support Engineer has visited my place till 02/July / 2011 time 16:45 PM, till the time of writing this issue.

    The back end service engineer assigned to my service number 48323960, is Mr Rehan whom i called many times but he has been negligent and has not even visited the site of problem, and moreover he has given false assurance that he will be coming now and then, which has resulted in waste of time and no resolution to my problem. Mobile number of Mr Rehan is : 8826291612.

    I demand that IF AIRTEL cannot provide services due to technical issues and this poor, neglecting behavior from there support engineer, why should only the consumer suffer, as it is a mental and economical suffering for me.

    I demand that AIRTEL MUST not take charges for the month from me in light of this neglecting behavior and services not restored in the said promised time. I have the message from AIRTEL which says that the issue will be addressed by 13:30 hrs 01 july 2011.

    I strongly complaint against the AIRTEL no able to provide services, not able to restore the services in said time, and neglecting and irresponsible behavior of Airtel support engineer.


    In short I demand the money spent by me to be reimbursed:
    - NO SERVICES of IPTV for 16227955 account
    - NO internet services
    - NO response to my complaint
    - Closing my service request without even intimating me, and without resolution
    - No support engineer visit to resolve the issue
    - Made chargeable calls from my mobile phone several times to reopen the case, log the case
    - made several chargeable calls to support engineer Mr rehan, at 8826291612, no resolution.

    AIRTEL, please respond for your very poor customer experinece i had with justified measure.

    Hello Veena,

    This service request is raised 2 days back. I got a call from your back end
    service person Mr.Rehan, his mobile number is 8826291612.

    I would like to strongly make a complaint against MR REHAN. He has given me the
    time to reach my home at 6:00 PM in the evening yesterday, but after my
    repeated calling and he is not picking up the phone. Nor he has come to resolve
    the issue at my address.

    I have called him several time since yesterday, but he is giving me assurance
    that i am on way, and will reach my place in moment. REHAN ( mobile
    : 8826291612) has not come to resolve my issue, of IP TV not working since last
    3 days.

    I expect him to atleast pick my call and let me know the reason why he is not
    coming. He has even wrongly closed my issue with the 198 customer care support.
    This behaviour from REHAN is not acceptable.

    I want this issue to be addressed as soon as possible and immediate steps taken
    againt MR REHAN.

    MY IPTV, PHONE, INTERNET not working still persist, without resolution.

    Hopeless service and very poor support from Airtel.

    I have filed a complaint yesterday regarding the iptv connection, for which the
    generated Service Request Number is 48323960.
    Can you please confirm with the assinged feild service person from Airtel to
    visit my address of installation which is 3500/23 sector 23 Gurgaon at 6:00 PM
    today to resolve the issue.
    I will be availbale in person at the address so that the service person can
    check and resolve the issue.
    Stating the issue / compaint again:
    - Disturbance in telephone connection
    - IP TV discoonects very frequent. Showing Waiting Signal Sign mostly
    - As the signal comes in and the internet is used the TV stops working
    - As the phone is picked to dial any number the TV stops working
    Looking for the confirmation and speedt ASAP resolution to my complaint. I am
    facing the IPTV not worki
