Sir,

I want to file a complaint against TATA Service provider. We bought a TATA
Landline connection 3years ago. It was working fine with no problems but
after 1 year the instrument started giving problems we were unable to make
or receive any calls. We called there customer service so many times and
filled complaints regarding there instrument. But despite of all this they
never attended to our complaints and no one turned up to change the landline
instrument. Even after all this they were sending us monthly bills with
rental charges on it. We called them up and told the that as the instrument
was not working for past three months and no body attended our complaints so
we are not entitled to pay these monthly charges. We also told them to
disconnect the connection as soon as possible but they did not do that even.
They kept on sending us bills.

No they are harassing us telling us to meet them in court and they have
filled a complaint regarding this. They want us to pay them 20 thousand as
they have summons issued in my fathers name.

I want to file a complaint for not attending our complaints and then
harassing us again and again.

Please reply me regarding the course of action. The Landline number was
