    Default Complaint against airtel; Mobile no 9975322228 and 9561817373

    Dear Sir,

    have the above two mobile numbers. Although we pay the bills regularly and get the receipts from the bill payment counter, we still continue to get the outstanding billing amount in continuation.

    It never gets close to zero even after billing cycle period is over. We are really frustrated. Airtel service is poor.

    Default Rip off in the name of Airtel Connection

    Dear Sir,

    I had applied for a new Airtel broadband and landline connection in Malad area in Mumbai on 22/6/2010. A represenatitve had come to our office to collect our form and other relevant documents for starting the connection. They also took as advance payment of Rs. 1,399/- towards downpayment for starting the connection. After that there was no response from Airtel until I contacted them 30/6/2010. Then I was told by the same representative that they needed an authority letter from us to start the connection. At no time did the representative mention that he would come over to collect the letter and subsiquently did not pick up the phone when I tried making multiple calls to him. I tried contacting him again on the 1st and 2nd of July but was told that because it was the start of the month they could not do anything. However, when I checked with my Bank Statement I was informed that Airtel had already presented the check for payment from my Bank. I fail to understand that when my connection was no started, how can they present the check for payment. Ideally the check should be presented for payment only after the connection has been started. Now I have applied for disconnecting the connection and only hope they have the decensy to return the money they have already collected for thier bad service.

    I am very dissapointed with the way the Airtel Rep has handled the whole situation and only wish that the multinational companies in India would respect customers as much as US or UK and not treat them like dirt.

    I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
    'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.

    my name is Mr. Waheed Ahmad Khan. I have a prepaid airtel no. 9871824946 last 4 years.

    Case: I filed a telephonic request to Airtel on 121 for my roaming facility activation but they give me many complaint numbers whenever i called to 121. but my problem remain same.aftter the long period of time they deactivate my outgoing calls.

    complaint numbers given by airtel:

    25th june, time 2:35pm, ref. no. 0625269400

    25th june, time 2:45pm, ref. no. 0625284142

    28th june, time 12:17pm, ref. no. 0628196358

    Please file a complaint against Airtel Bharti Ltd. (delhi Circle) and send

    As you mention that you have already contacted to the Airtel customer care but not get any positive
    response from their side, So we suggest you to contact your area Airtel Nodal Officer via e-mail, or Registered post.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    Thumbs down Complaint against - Bharti Airtel - Uttam Nagar

    I had the postpaid connection since past one year and it was working fine and before one month i have converted it to prepaid because it was my need.
    It works only for 20 days fine and they have disconnected my outgoing calls without any intimations and till date i am not able to do outgoing calls.
    when i am calling to customer care then they are saying meet your local dealer and when i am trying to contact to Bharti Airtel Uttam Nagar, then they are not answering perfectly and its really disgusting.
    Airtel is always ready in deducting the balance and services really bull-shit.

    Angry Frustrated with airtel network

    Honourable Consumer Court,
    I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for
    'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.
    I am a valued customer of Bharti Airtel since 4years, my Mobile no. is 9898466436, but with in
    last 2 & half month i am suffering very bad experience with airtel network, and so many
    time i have complained about that problem but still there is no response till date. My complain is as it is complain no. is 31992599 on 24/04/2010. & I also paid monthly rent unnessasarily when there is no use, This is company network problem so why should i pay monthly rent?
    Due to companis irresponsiblity i have to suffer last 2 & half months
    and i have business loss due to cimpanies network problem. My client call me
    but they cant hear my voice even i try to call them they cant hear my voice. So
    due to your mistake i have to suffer a lot. so give me reword of losses.
    Please file a complaint against Airtel Bharti Ltd. (delhi Circle) and send

    Dear All,

    This is to inform that how un professional the firm BHARTI AIRTEL LTD has become. I wonder if the hierarchy is even aware of such happenings. My AIRTEL no - 9967470057 which I have been using past 4 years has been all of sudden deleted from their database and when I reach Customer Care / Relationship Center they have no reply to this issue.

    On 2nd July 2010, my cell displayed " SIM CARD REGISTERATION FAILED". I realized this must be due to the Sim Card issue that happens. When to a relationship center wherein I realized that the no has been deleted from their database and their shows no reason for such an act. Is this professional ? When a loyal customer who has been using a no past 4 years and has incoming for that particular no till 2011, blocking the services and then providing no support. This is simply playing with customers. Instead of they being guilty about their mistake, they are now hardly attentive to this and I have got no solution yet.

    As you mentioned that you have already registered your complaint with the Airtel customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the Nodal Officer via email or registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default Complaint for shifting of Airtel Broad Band from Indirapuram to Mayur Vihar Phase I

    My Tel No. 0120-4111712. I have shifted from Indirapuram to Mayur Vihar Phase I on 16.5.2010 and till today the phone and broad band has not been shifted. I have tried many numbers.. Everytime a new person calls me from Airtel and assures me to look into the matter and the same is connected. Till date my work is not done, but UNFAILINGLY I RECEIVE THE BILL FOR THE CONNECTION AND I PAY THE AMOUNT WITHOUT DEFAULT.

    Today also I called up 011-4444421 and was attended by Nidhi, who assured me that I will receive a call within 24 hours from the Airtel office. Airtel is driving us crazy. Please help us.

    I do not get a proper response, I am surrendering the same.

    Hope Airtel will listen and help

    Default airtel mobile cheating their customer

    Dear Sir,

    I vijay kumar customer of airtel postpaid (my no. is 9892169077) is facing unnecessary activation charges from them. Some time they activate chat, sometime matrimonial for a person who is already married, some time jokes and in this process they cut my money without my knowledge. Whenever i question about this in their customer care service, they give the same old reply that you may have mistakenly pressed the activation button. This is only a excuse to loot their customer. Not only me but others who use their service are also harrased by the same manner. I have seen many of them in their gallery complaining the same issue. I am amazed how they can cheat so many customer, is it possible because our laws are weak. They cheat thier customer without any fear

    Default Balance Deduction

    Dear Sir,

    Airtel has been deducting balance from my account on a regular basis now. Every time i call Customer care, they ask me for the same questions and give me no help. Every single time i am told that i have been using Airtel Live (internet) services when i have not been using it. I have several reference numbers sent to me (few of which i will put down below). Every single time i request them to deactivate these services permanently and i am told that it will be done in 2 hours time, but after every couple of days time they deduct balance for the same reason. And when i call Customer care again, they act rude and insult us as if we have no idea on how to use a mobile. Request you to help me regarding this since this is becoming a very irritating and frustrating issue. I have been using this sim (number) for more than 7 years now and never had i faced any such problems, i am surprised by the lack of efficiency and such behaviour from Airtel. Your Customer Care Executives like Gautam Mukherjee should be sacked right away since these executives have absolutely no idea on how to talk to a customer and do not deserve to be customer care officials.

    Default Amount being deducted for no reasons

    The airtel people have been deducting money from my pre paid account and ia m getting messages stating that a particular amount is deducted for using downloading some videos when i have not downloaded anything nor did any subscription. It is really annoyin to find out that my balance is deducted 4 no reason at all.

    I request the concern officer to look into this matters seriously earlier also i complained the same but still the same is being continued.
