    My name is Sathishkumar I taken the new prepaid connection with Airtel No. 8870568577. I am using this number last one month 4th Feb morning without any information thro Call or SMS my incoming and out going calls are barred. I called Airtel Customer care officers and told my problem they are casually taking and telling very easily we cant do anything you go to the near Airtel show room and submit your proof and solve your problem. Then i went to the Mangalam Road Tirupur Airtel Showroom on 4th Feb 12.00 Pm and submitted my proofs they told me to solve this problem within 24 Hrs. after that i called the customer care 5 times they are telling the same story proofe was not recvd by them. What can i do for this becoz of this number barred i missed so many Business calls and i lost so much, Pls help me out on this.

    My mobile no.is 98100 93880,I am using this mobile number for more than 10 years.I am self employed man.I have invested on this tel no.in last 10 years more than 50 lacks in various print media.my business is totally dependent on customers enquiyr on this number.Now for last 3 years i am unable to receive any call in my office time at 42 shahpurjat.I am loosing my business every day due to no signal problem.
    I claim Rs.50 lacks as the compansation towards my business looses,mental harrassment during this period and deficiency of services to Bharto Airtel Ltd.

    Dear sir,
    my self tejas chovatiya n i m using airtel prepaid card from last 3 year (09725723411).in betwean 3 year also i used this no in postpaid....in postpaid connection u gave me a good service but after converting this card into prepaid u have started ur fucker service again...till date sometimes my outgoing and incoming call stoped...and also my costemer care service has been stoped from your side since last 3 days....so whenever i face the problem on that time it is being necessory to go your airtel shop....by it my time wasted and also the respond of care office is also like a beggar....they waited us to take turne because they busy to drinke a tea and do masti with eachother even costemer are awaited....when the multy network system come on that timt i wil first my connection into VODAFONE....
    i hate airtel to provide a differnt differnt services to its post paid and prepaid coustmer....
    i request them if they want to bcome a leader in telecom industry thry should change their attitude towords the prepaid cos....

    Default Air tel harressment

    My son had a post paid connection no 9960641680 which was cancelled on 19 nov at the aditya communication khondwa pune .I paid the out standing amount and then on reciept of the monthly bill the remaining amount .An application was given on the same day with id proof.N o bills there after how ever in dec 10 calls started from their call centre demanding payment for rs 1240 nodal officer contacted no avail I have recieved a letter recently threating legal action for an amount of rs 840.

    Two different amounts no bill and my mother who is 76 years old has gone hyper with calls at odd time.

    I am willing to go any legal length to fight this out. please advise.

    Default Complaint against Airtel Prepaid and customer care executive of airtel

    I was travelling by bus and i caleed my friend and i heard a hello tune on his mobile and we had a chat.And it was after 15 mins that i recieved a message from airtel that your hello tunes have been activated and my balance reached in negative figures and i was helpless.I called customer care executive and they said that i pressed star and this hello tune was activated.But i am VERY DAMN sure that i didn't press any star because i was talking on my earphones and howcome only *button got pressed and now they say that sir you can do anything you like and not even head of AIRTEL could do anything.
    9805668534 IS MY NUMBER AND STATE IS HIMACHAL..
    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SIR.

    Angry complaint against unwanted deduction of balance on Rs 63 unlimited message

    my airtel no. 9829561481 (rajasthan) has got recharge with Rs 63 on 07.02.2010
    but was not activated &there was a deduction of Rs 1 on every message i have doen complaint for the same many times they assure they will solve the problem but no action was taken i m faceing the same problem now too .
    they made promise for the refund of my moeny which was deducted wrongly for every message but again there is no such refund
    so please look in to it

    Default AIRTEL - Balance not transferred from old SIM to New SIM

    hello,

    i have been using a mobile no for the past 6 years but the sim stopped working due to which i got a new sim from airtel main office,gurgaon by paying rs 25/- on 18/03/2010(as the airtel office in vasant kunj,masoodpur refused to give a new sim and suggested to go to the main office in gurgaon,thereby i had to travel all the way from delhi t gurgaon).the sim was activated after a lot of folow-up with the airtel customer care but the balance in the old sim was not transferred to my new sim card.now,when i call the customer care they say that again i have to go to the place from where i have purchased the new sim and follow-up with them.

    i am a senior citizen and can't travel to gurgaon again and again

    this is a harassment and mental torture to me from airtel and i have been calling the customer care many times for getting this done.

    i want the old balance transferred to my new sim immediately as well as the package which i had recharged for making std and local calls @ 1p/sec.

    i won't be able to go to the airtel office again and would rather prefer to go to the consumer court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this is a mistake on the airtel part thereby requesting them to resolve the matter asap.

    since the balance was not transferred thereby i had to again recharge my new sim with lifetime validity(rs 43) and balance recharge of rs 400.since the lifetime validity was already there but due to airtel's mistake the same was not transferred to my new sim thereby airtel should reverse the payment made for lifetime validity(rs 43) once the balance is transferred.

    Angry Airtel Taking customers for a ride

    Dear Sir
    Airtel falsely claims that they have refunded me Rs. 250 and Rs. 80 which were wrongly charged due to a fault where GPRS service was not being de-activated. I have been in constant touch with 121 support and my latest correspondence was today where I was informed as usual that the money has been refunded but due to certain constraints, I cannot be provided with a statement to prove the same. My unique reference no. is 2403201017607 which was given to me today in response to my latest mail sent today in the evening.

    I would be grateful if this matter could be taken up by the higher authorities and investigate the claims made by Sandhna Sekar B of Customer Care, Bharti Airtel

    dear sir,
    i wanna complain against airtel.....
    i hav recharged of rs.63 which give unlimited sms all over india for the one month. i recharged this on 19 march bt sir company wrongly charges amount. when i call in customer care mr.kapil( senior officer) and mr. sonu( supervisor) of jaipur office said to me " sir your complain accepted and your problem solved in 24 hrs.". bt sir after 5 days this problem not solved.
    sms charges detected from my balance.
    i requested you "sir please alove my problem and asked from the airtel for their bad service......."

    Angry network problem in akshara dunsvirk court in g.k - 1, new delhi

    this is inform you that we have a hotel property of 25 rooms in g.k. - 1 (e-66, new dlehi) HOTEL AKSHARA DUNSVIRK COURT.in our hotel premises we are facing a problem of airtel network from last 2 weeks. i have already send so many complaints to airtel customer care compaint information section. since no action has been taken agianst the airtel networking problem in our hotel.

    on daily basis we are facing customer compaints because of no wifi connectivity network as well as mobile network connection.this will shows a bad effect in front of our customer as well as bad effect in hotel brand name.

    i`ll request yu to sort out the airte network problem as soon as poosible.

    Default Harassment from Airtel Executive

    Hi i've applied for Airtel Broadband Connection on 2nd February 2010 and still i dint got airtel connection and they not respond properly if i call the guy Mr Prakash (9902090106) and He uses foul language when i told i need my deposit amount back please help me to sort out this problem and my subscriber enrollment form number is 0083160 and when i called Customer care on 1st April that complaint number is 31108322, and the much irritating thing is how can they use foul languages to thier customers .. please help me out regarding this issue and he warn me if i complaint to higher authorities he will come to my residence and create problems
