    My mobile no is 9890719728.I made recharge on 12 th dec but after recharge only 1 Rs of balance came.so i called customer care on all possible no ie.198 ,121 but it does not connect to customer care executive it directly says "thank u for contacting airtel "and disconnects the call.so i request to take this matter seriously that they do not give customer support..

    This is a very serious note that without taking any written and verbal concern, airtel mobile prepaid dept. is activating and renewing unwanted services and apply it mendatory by deducting charges from my prepaid balances. I dont want any such services. Plz. do not deduct a single paisa from my balance and revert back and credit all past charges deducted for jokes and etc.to my prepaid balance.

    Default Regarding the Wrong Balance Deducation

    Respected Sir,

    This is to bring to everybody notice that Airtel customer care people don't know how to talk to the customer and if they don't have answer for the queries of the customer then even the Team Leader disconnect the call.

    My queries is i have recharged mine number with Rs. 98 for surfing internet on January 11, 2012 which was have 1 month warranty that is till February 9, 2012 and before the validity gets over i have again got my number recharge of Rs. 98 the same day i.e on February 9, 2012. but as i started using the internet mine balance got deducted from my regular balance instead of getting deduct from mine internet balance.

    After that i called Customer Care and asked for refund for the wrong deduction made by them, instead of refunding they started saying that your some pack was not activated so the balance got deducted and the stupid team leader disconnected the call and have block my number, so that i can never call again Airtel Customer Care.

    I want the reason if the Airtel wants to deduct the balance then it is my request to all the AIRTEL USER PLEASE SWITCH TO ANOTHER NETWORK, COZ I THINK THAT THIS IS NOT ONLY MY PROBLEM MANY OF THE PEOPLE MIGHT BE FACING THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.

    Please do revert back with my balance getting credit to my account

    My Cousin recharged my mobile number(95xxxx9091) with Rs.100 using AIRTEL MONEY in Online on 3rd Mar12. But I
    did not get any amount. Then I called Airtel cust care, They told me I will be getting it with in 72 hours. Now
    almost one week over. stil no amount credited on my mobile or recharged online icici bank account.
    Below are the details about the transaction:

    I dont know this bullshitting AIRTEL MONEY is doing like this, We have called many times to cust care and

    Requesting you to close this issue immediately by crediting the amount to mobile or to my icici back.Failing to
    do the same may lead to serious actions.

    Honorable Consumer Court,

    I would like to lodge a complaint against Bharti Airtel for the harrasment I am facing for my land line bill confusion.

    I have requested Airtel to change plan for my broadband connection through phone number 08042188487 in July 2011. I was not informed about the plan change, or in my case the discontinuation of such plan. When I enquired about the plan in sometime during October 2011, I was informed that the plan has been discontinued. I have not been informed of this and given a choice of another plan.

    The broadband connection stopped working in August 2011. Despite several requests to resolve the issue, the issue was not resolved. I have been getting calls from Airtel representatives asking, and sometimes threatening for payment. I keep on requesting them to resolve my issue and settle a bill amount, so that I can pay off and disconnect the broadband connection, without any avail. The last recorded request number is 11370004, which Airtel promised to resolve by 10th Feb 2012. I haven’t got any intimation, information, or resolution as usual.

    Now I am getting messages threatening me of legal actions. I have so far been a loyal customer of Airtel mobile, broadband, data card, DTH, and so on. As a customer, I expect better treatment from a well-known company like Airtel.

    Please note that I am willing to negotiate and make payment. However, as a customer, I refuse to pay for the service that I have not availed.

    Default Unusual balance deduction by airtel

    I am using airtel service since a long time......but still unsatisfied from their service. My number is 9760764271 ( uttarakhand). Recently they have deducted my balance for a service which started automatically...it happened to me earlier also. Apart from this they never provide any satisfied answer and money back. So i just want to file a complaint against this shit like company. they just keep an eye on the customer`s balance....and when it is more or near to 50...they activate a service.....just to rob them silently. This should be stopped or just blow off the company.

    Default Airtel Dish Antena Realignement

    Hi,
    My customer ID number is 3002401855,
    I have raised a complaint about few channels are not coming due to change in satellite direction and customer care has given me assurance that it will be solved within 24 hrs. Complaint number was 16719965 dt 04 March 2012, but no response received from them. again on 11 March, 2012, I have raised another complaint about the same and they have given me the new complaint number i.e. 16913319 and, this time I got technician number also and when I speak to him about his visit, he told me that he will charge 200 Rs for his visit which is actually free of charge. Now after continuous followup with them still my problem has not been solved and still they are assuring me that it will be solved free of cost. When can we expect to end this painful followups.

    'financial harassment and mental torture' for the following matter.


    My name is Shyam Ramaswamy, I am user of airtel fixed line land line Mysore (0821-4250086)from many year, this is worst service they have ever provided from airtel company, I have an issue with fixed line Instrument from past 5 month,( Instrument not working or dead)in which they provided, I made huge complaint to the customer care, they haven’t solve my problem yet, still it is in pending, I won’t make a note, This companies are very much prompt above their billed money not the customer services, I am totally frustrated with their comment level please help me…
