    i had recharged my airtel no. 9897657617 on 22/01/2010 with 450/- for unlimited internet, but i didn't got my service activated and when i talked to custumer care they misleaded me several times. i had talked nore than 6 time on 23/1/2010 and today more than 5 times. and whenever i asked for my complain number they forwarded my ph. to their seniors and i was able to talk senior cc executive only 2 times, and remaining times they disconnected my phone i have voice recording of all custumer care executives, i can avialable it to hear you how they ignored my request for giving me my complain number for my problem. please take appropriate action for these idiots.

    Dear friends my sincere & honest request to you all that whenever you get an opportunity to work with airtel please ignore the same .they harass so much that person should suffer with mental disorders & Hyper tension they use all sort of politics to sack a employee,
    Performance will not be appraise & by end of the year your hike in salary is peanuts ,
    Promises are meant to be broke this is what the vision of the company.

    Also as a customer of airtel i can say that Customer service at Call centre is pathetic . People are not even fluent in english & Local languages .

Most of the times the amount involved is below 100 rs , so many customers get dissuaded from filing the written complaint .Is there a way in which in genuine cases the company is made accountable without customer feeling the pinch for filing the complaint.

    My Name is Sathish Kumar. My Mobile No is 9944448800. Yesterday I recharged for Rs.43/- and got 39 rs talk time. Suddenly by today morning I saw 20 rs reduced from my balance. I called Customer care and they told I have subscribed for airtel talkies for 20 rupees. I asked on guy in your customer care, he is telling that he will do the same. He told that he is not responsible for this and also he blocked me for calling customer care next time. Is this the way of treating customers? Now also I checked by sending “stop” message to 121. It responds only one service activated “Hello Tune”. I stopped that service too. So give your reply for this mail.

    I would like to bring out certain facts on the above mobile no. and our repeated reminders to your customer care.

    1. The said mobile no. SIM was surrender to your local agency at Zion Ameerpeta, Hyderabad on 18.8.09.
    2. Your customer service have got it verified the same at our office and finally told us that the SIM has been canceled on 28.11.09.
    3. It is not known who was using the phone between 18.8.09 to 28.11.09 after we had surrendered the SIM.
    4. Our following mail to your Nodalofficer. Andhra have yielded no results.
    5. We have been receiving the calls from your department for making the payment of Rs. 1,728.00 for no fault of us and when we have been requesting them to enquire on the call who have made and to find out person using the same.
    6. No action has been taken on the above , instead we were given a legal notice for non-payment. Thus your department has started harassing us.

    Now to avoid the legal implications we have now paid the demanded amount of Rs. 1,728.00 on 6..1.2010. In view of the above we request you to kindly look into the matter and the catch the person concerned and re-pay the excess amount paid to you immediately.

    You may be aware that our company at Hyderabad has around 10 mobile connection of Airtel. If you don’t take proper action on this and refund the amount we will be surrendering all our SIMs.

    Looking forward to receive your favorable reply at the earliest.

    Hello,

    Have you any receipt provided by the agency at the time of cancellation of your SIM Card ?

    If you have then send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer, mention all the details in it and attach photocopy of the receipt.

    You can visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference. Hope this may solve your problem.

    Angry Airtel deduct without calls balance payment last two months and other hidden charges

    My contact number 09958147426 Delhi and I am used that Pre-paid connection in Patna by Airtel service provider but last 2months I call to any body fist call is reject and deduct my balance 1Rs

    I am very surprise if I call to costumer care no response

    It’s mean I loss more than 50Rs last two months due to poor service and again I remind to that service If roaming call deduct 1 Rs same for received call after plan activation for per second call plan

    I think Airtel having lot of customers and they not require in further costumers and they used own rules on only one side

    Indirect way KULI BADMASHI for public found

    Note: last five month back every 20days Airtel deduct 20 to 60 Rs on my Account once time my recharge value 200Rs also reflect recharge successful with out balance

    No Regards for Very Rich Company

    The grievance of the complainant who has come up with the complaint against the Op is that he is the customer of the Op, purchased Airtel sim facilities. That right from the date of purchase he is facing net working problem and call drops. Though he had brought to the notice of the Op, they did not respond. He even sent many e-mails to the Op executives on 25/08/2008. The Op executives did not respond to him but told him to change the hand set. That he has been paying the bills regularly but despite that Op disconnected the service. As the result he as the Assistant Director of Film Industry, lost many business opportunities, valuable contacts and thus claimed to had suffered loss of Rs.2.00 lakhs and prayed for awarding compensation of Rs.2,50,000/-.



    Op through his advocate has filed version admitting the services they have given through mobile to the complainant and have stated that there was no problem in the net work and the service they have offered to the complainant is efficient. Op has further denied that his executive did not respond to the complainant and denied having had suggested to the complainant to buy Nokia Handset. That there is no problem in the net work except in the cellars and the lifts. That they have set up towers adequately to cater existing connections. If there is any difficulty in the hand set of the consumers that may result in such problems and thereby he has totally denied allegations of the complainant’s.



    In the enquiry of the complaint, the complainant and the Manager of Op have filed their affidavit evidence reiterating what they have stated in the respective complaint and version. Both the parties have produced call details of the mobile phone of the complainant. We have heard the complainant who is in person, has also filed written arguments. We have heard the counsel for Op and perused the records.



    On consideration of the materials placed before us following points for determination arise.



    1. Whether the complainant proves that Op is deficient in providing adequate net work facility as the result he was not able to use his mobile set?

    2. To what relief the complainant is entitled to?

    Point No.1 : In the negative.

    Point No.2: To see the final order.



    REASONS:



    Answer on point No.1 :





    As it is clear from the allegations of the complainant he has only stated that he is facing network problem and call drops from the date of purchase of sim card of the Op and he could not use the phone for his advantage. In this context, the counsel representing the Op invited our attention to bills which are produced by the complainant himself and also by the Op. In this bill, details of mobile phone of the complainant, we find thousands of calls made by the complainant to different numbers. These bills contain details like date, month and year of calling numbers to which calls were made, duration of the call and the amount of calls. It is found that when thousands of calls were made by the complainant on various dates and at no stage we find that the call of the complainant could not be compelled either due to net work problem or by way of call drops. The complainant was not in a position to rebut the statement of the Op and also these call details by showing that any call out of these thousands of calls did not reach the person to whom it was made and that call having had become a failure for any reasons as stated by the complainant. Perusal of these documents convincingly prove that there is no truth in the allegations of the complainant that he is facing net work problem and call drops. His own documents produced itself disprove his allegations. Apart from this, the complainant except his allegations has not proved as how he suffered inconvenience caused due to deficient act of the Op. Thus the complainant in our view lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Hence, we answer point No.1 in the negative and pass the following order.

    Am holder of your prepaid airtel customer. I have lost my cell and I have asked for duplicate sim on thursday 4th Feb 2010 in your Sidapet Branch
    Ms SriPriya and she confirmed the connection will be resumed in 72 hrs. Today evening I went ther to ask for the same she made me to wait for half an hour doing her official stament checking and she confimred it will be retrived in 2 hrs time. She has given her cell number for the quereies 9840033923 and she is not answering her phone at all. Ihave tried more than 100times and in front of her desk I called her she is not taking the call. Please let me know why Airtel customer has to suffer. Please do the needful or else I have to take it up to the higher authority.

    Default Cross connection / misuse of landline connection

    Dear sir / madam,

    it may be surprising to know that calls to two mobile numbers periodically from some other connection is billed to my account. This was rampant in bsnl connections. But with airtel also it is the same and am surprised.

    Complaints to airtel chennai / bangalore resulted in nothing. They blatantly refused to accept that pilferage is there.

    Between april09 & august'09 total 225 calls have been made to cell no.9840303124 costing me rs.247.50.

    The above misuse stopped only after dynamic locking of the phone.

    The phone was dynamically locked on 17/08/09. Local calls from landline were nil in sept, oct, nov 09.

    But all of a sudden again it is surprising that despite locking the phone, again 17 calls have been made to 9042211536 in dec09 / jan10.

    Is there no one to probe this pilferage?

    dear sir.

    I have a prepaid mobile No-9987107566 , automatically balance money is being deducted since last two month. That way I have lost much money. I had talked to mobile executive to day and told him the same. he said other services were on the mobile hence deduction are there. I requested to stop the all the service message and only what I want to have in my mobile to the talking facilities only. This is surprising that I have not opted for any service what is of not use to me and unnecessairly . do my request immediately or else I have to thrown your sim and I don't want.My mobile no- 9987107566, 9969201498.
