    Angry Worst Customer Experience!!!!

    Hi Airtel,

    FYI: Airtel brand will be damaged if it continues this way.

    My Aged Uncle is unable to roam around for silly issues. He was told that Airtel is a good network. I buyed him a Airtel connection. He was asked for some photo identity & address proof which is acceptable as an authentication. Being as elderly person he had to walk to & fro close to 4 kilometers for 3 times but he was asked to come again for 4th time again just for a signature. Looking at this for the 4th time I went to the Airtel Relationship Office. I was puzzled, Shocked & amused by the way your representative treated me. This happened in Airtel Relationship office located near Kanti Sweets, Mathikere, Bangalore-54. The rude way your representative spoke to me was a very clear indication that she was least bothered about the concern she only had intention to prove I was wrong & she was right. I insisted on speaking to branch manager she insisted she is the manager of the branch. It was a awful experience. I heard few people saying that Airtel had good customer service. But this experience has thoroughly made me remember. I have decided to take it further if its not answered. I would honestly not suggest Airtel service to anyone henceforth. Being a brand Airtel should sack people like this who do not have the common sense how to speak to customer or rather a normal person. FYI its a relationship cell. This female was ready to infact shout on me on top of her voice. I was shocked by the language usage (Language that sick people speak). This should be taken care before things get worst here. I had always promoted Airtel but this bitter experience has made me think. The Female wears a spectacle & calls herself manager. God knows who recruited her as MANAGER. She is DAMAGING the brand. She was hesitant to give her name when I asked her the same. Dear Airtel please look up on this & provide me any output if you want satisfied customer.

    Dear Sir,
    I regret to bring to your notice that I get my balance deducted everyday unnecessary even though I have not subscribed to anything. When I call customer care they say that I have subscribed to their promotional call which I get frequently even though I have I have registered to their DND site. My no. is 9831898956. Please take some necessary immediate action regarding the same.

    **Also please note that some of my friends have this same similar complain.

    Respected sir /madam,

    I am using airtel mobile service for more than 5 to 6 years. But from last 2 months I am facing many problems from your side.

    And this time due to sum reason you have disconnected my number after the payment is collected which was not a fare thing. The commitment by your collection department person was that mobile will get activate in when he submits the Cheque in airtel department. But till now it is not yet activated . but when I went to enquire about my activation process they said that my number is surrendered .

    This number is a business purpose number so I request you to activate my number as soon as possible .

    Dear Sir,
    I am using Airtel Postpaid Connection last 3 year with number 9901666911.On July-24 2010 I have bought the Blackberry and choose the plan 499.When I selected the Blackberry plan Airtel Team told me it is unlimited POP3 mails(Unlimited emails (POP/IMAP) + Instant Messaging).

    When the bill came Airtel extra charged 8500 for the VAS services. For 8 days Airtel charged 1000 per day. When I requested the details customer care told me it is for GPRS usage. Later Airtel technical team confirmed I have used only blackberry mails and it is free as per the plan. Still Airtel is not ready to remove the extra amount added in the monthly bill. I have requested up to the Nodal officer for a solution of this one. I didn’t get any proper response from Nodal officer also. I have all the records for the complaints numbers also. In fact there is no information about such plan(499) in the Airtel website also.Airtel Website clearly says 299/- plan itself blackberry mails are free and unlimited.

    My total bill for the July month came around 11200/-INR and my normal bill is 2200 only per month. After all these talk Airtel force me to pay the amount 11200 for the month of July.

    I have requested for last 10 months bills from Airtel side and I didn’t any revert from Airtel For this.I got an SMS saying August-2010 bill is -8700/INR.

    For August month blackberry plan changed to 299/- unlimited plan due to this billing issue of previous month. Today Airtel August month bill came around 12500/INR.When I contacted the Airtel Customer care they are saying they don’t have more information about the bill. They have only total amount of the bill.

    Please look in to this matter and hope an early action is requested.
