    Unhappy Shifting Of Airtel Land Line number 0124-4286903

    Dear Sir,

    I have been using airtel landline no. 01244286903 with Wi-Fi internet connection for past 3 years, I had requested for shifting on 25/03/11 request no.is 419363 customer support has told me that it will be done in 3 days, I had contacted nodal officer and appelate authority on 30 th march 11 they had told me that there is some digging issue and it will take 72 hours to resolve. I had waited but, no body has contacted me till date and given the resolution. Neither they are shifting nor they are giving any resolution.
    please inform me how to take legal action against them.

    Hi,

    I have been using airtel [COLOR=#009900 !important]landline[/COLOR] no. 080-42278505 with BroadBand for past [COLOR=#009900 !important] 1 year[/COLOR] in Bangalore,I had requested for shifting on 31July2011 request no.is 1741214 customer support has told me that it will be done asap, I had contacted them again and again, they keep on saying it will be done and it hasn't been done yet. A new connection takes so less a time and shifting an old connection is taking more than 15 days???
    I have been without an internet connection at home for the past 15 days. Seriously 15 days is too big a time without an internet connection. What is happening here.

    I had waited but, no body has contacted me till date and given the resolution. Neither they are shifting nor they are giving any resolution.please inform me how to take legal action against them.

    I didn't even get a call???

    I am informed of my landline bill, when I am not being provided my landline connection.

    I havent been provided the services for the last 20 days, please let me know, why I should even bother paying the bill???.

    Billing cycle was 5 th of a month to 4 th of the next month.

    If I am being asked to pay for the 4 days , that I didnt have the connection, that is understandable. But I am not interested in paying for the remaining 15 days.

    I have requested for shifting my landline (080 - 42278505) to my new address on July31,2011.
    My current contact number is 9008415436.

    And I have already made about 10 calls to Customer Care regarding this.

    I have already given my new address.Even the Airtel executive had come to the new address without notice.I said I would be there in 2 hours.
    He never called back.

    Everytime I call Customer Care, They tell me we would take care as soon as possible but do nothing about it.

    I have been intimated regarding the bill for the July Month.

    I have no interest in paying the bill. As I had lost 5 days ( 1Aug2011 to 5Aug2011) in the billing period. And also as I was given false assurances.

    I have no intention of calling Airtel.

    I still dont have a landline connection. I wont pay the bill. I wont call the Customer Care. I will wait till the Airtel CustomerCare Calls me.

    Airtel people bullshit saying that shifting would be done in 3 days 4 days. I raised a request on 14th may 2011 from bangalore to coimbatore. till date nothing has happend i been calling every day to find the status they give different reasons each day. landline number : 080 42279525.

    i really want to take some legal action, need to know how to proceed on this. cause i have wasted a lot of time and money callign these people.
