    Hi

    This email is regarding the inconvenience i am facing now these days because
    of false promises n statements & poor services of AIRTEL landline number
    011-46529118 i am using registered under name of Sahil Sridhar.i've been
    usingthis landline from October 08.MY number got terminated in April 09
    because of non-payment of the services as i was facing some financial issues
    n i couldnt afford to use it.I got a call from airtel regarding recovery of
    the amount due.Their representative promised me a wireless router as well as
    a discount of RS.1250 on the total amount due if i could manage,to get the
    landline reactivated.On the basis of his promises,i decieded to get my
    connection reactivated n i paid a lum-sum amount of Rs. 1250 on 14th may 09
    without discussing about the wireless router but on a condition that i need
    my connection to be reactivated within next 24-48 hours.The representative
    Nidhi (011-41614843) sent an agent who collected the payment from me on the
    same condition again.Nidhi assured me that its not gonna take more than
    24-48 hours n it has been more that 9 days now.I called up the customer case
    n spoke to a lot of senior agents who made me false promises.Sometimes,they
    told me my number would get activated in 24 hours,sometimes they made an
    excuse it a Sunday.Next day they told me another 4 hours.a Rep told me it
    would take half n hour(please turn off your modem n turn it On after half n
    hour). After calling them for like 20 times from my cellphone ,i spent more
    than Rs 200 but what i am getting is only assurance & a timeframe.Moreover.a
    few of agents told me that the maximum time it would take is 23rd May
    4:PM.when i called up last night,i was promised it would be activated by
    today,which is 24th may by 12 PM ( maximum by 3 PM).I called up to confirm n
    they told me "WE CANT GIVE YOU AN EXACT TIMEFRAME).I've warned them number
    of times that i'll escalate this to TRAI n Consumer court but still,they
    dont wanna work or they are playing around.I am escalating this to you so
    that you could guide me through the right steps to be taken so that i could
    drag the most reputed telecommunication company to the court & get the
    compensation for all the inconveniences i've been through.I would really
    like to claim for the same & get all what i've been promised by Airtel as
    well.

    Please take this into your consideration & let me know what exactly i
    should do to get the services re-activated & i would like to sue this fraud
    company as well.

    Default Horrible Service

    Have recieved 612 calls for a Rs 612 landline bill (which I have not recieved) from 612 different AIRTEL executives.
    On asking them to e-mail the bill and send the "executive" to collect a cheque,they have been struggling for the last 2 weeks. They however unfailingly call me and ask me to repeat my complaint to them everyday.
    Am thinking of playing a recorded message when AIRTEL calls

    Dear Mr. Ajaykumar Jain,

    Greetings!!!!!

    I had a chat with Mr. Anil yesterday when I had called up your helpline
    and demanding an escalation (He says that the issue is with some central
    IT or something).

    He did mention that the problem mentioned below would get resolved by
    today. However till now it is not resolved.

    More seriously when my complaint number 25763592 is open, today
    afternoon one person Mr. Akbar comes to my house and starts demanding my
    wife to pay the bill. If this had happened when I was there in home no
    issues. If he had taken my permission / informed me about visit to my
    house, then we could have treated this differently. I think this is what
    is harassing. During my earlier interactions with Mr. Prakash I had
    mentioned that nobody should come to collect money (cash) to my house
    because of 2 reasons,

    1. This (Collecting bill by sending somebody home)
    will become a practice for you people since this is happening for 2nd
    time &

    2. I am not a defaulter - Normally people are sent to
    house to collect money when some body is not wishing to pay it (Here I
    am running behind everybody possible to help me pay the bill)

    This is the 3rd mail that I will be writing. I have not recd even a
    single reply from any responsible person instead I keep receiving
    automated replies promising lot of things - Nothing happens further.

    I would like to know your further plan of action (All my details are
    given below).

    If you are not responding to my mails, I will be forced to initiate
    serious action. Please do not test my patience. As far as sending people
    to house is concerned I would give a police complaint if any body comes
    to house and pesters my people without solving my problem.

    I would require a reply of yours before proceeding for any further
    action.

    Default comp. against bill

    I am having land line connection having no.42131234. I had given instruction to shift the telephone during September-09. The operator asked me when the disconnect the connection. I told him to disconnect the telephone immiedietly. From the record available with you you can verify whether i had used the telephone from that that. However, you are sending the bill every time. My request for telephone conversion with your operator not considered yet. Now, I want to file case against your company with consumer forum for collecting bill inspite of my clear cut instruction to disconnect the bill. I request you to give me a copy a conversion with your operator and refund the amount illegal collected by you. Please done send any bill here after.

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Arfeen Ahmad. I have a complaint against Airtel for fraudulently continuing my landline connection despite repeated requests to cancel. Our first request was made on Nov 20th,2009.
    But no action has been taken , second attempt was made on second week of Dec 09 a guy came to my place and collected the balance amount and told us that out phone service is cancelled but that was again a try to make customers fool, In my third attempt fortunately after spending hours with customer service reps and cancellation team i got a REF # 934291 dated 24th Jan 2010 and it was assured that our service will be cancelled and no more bills will be generated.

    To continue my attempts I again called Airtel customer service team on Feb 11th 2010 got same reply from service rep that she is looking into my records and disconnected the call. “amazing customer service"
    We have explained repeatedly to Airtel customer service that we want the
    service cancelled but they refuse to disconnect this line and they are not
    visiting our premises.
    Kindly assist me in resolving this issue with Airtel.

    Our cancellation receipt number received from Airtel is 934291 and the date
    of cancellation was 24th January 2010.

    Default disconnecting the landline connection

    i don't find any use of wasting Rs.200/- just for incoming calls , therefore i would like to disconnect this connection.if there is any better option pls let me knoe else poceed with the disconnection.

    Exclamation TATA indicom landline instrument problem

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    This is regarding the inconvenience we are facing since 25 days because becos of technical problems in TATA indicom landline instrument. The first complaint I have lodged on 10th July 2010, and since that day I am taking daily follow up and waiting for the resolution on complaint. Service dept of TATA indicom walky always giving false promises n statements.

    Our post paid TATA walky number is registered on name of Sunil Narayan Koli and when I visited nearest TATA office at nerul, the way Miss DIVYA SHARMA, manager of dept. gives me horrable treatment.

    Firstly, she let me wait for half an hour and promise to give new instrument but wating for more than 2 hrs she totally refused to give it and asked me to come on next day to collect new instument. infact she had kept our faulty instrument with her.

    On next day my brother visited TATA office, where she had refuesd to gives us new instrument and was giving reason that there was physical damage in our faulty instrument. Even she was asking for Rs 799.
    When he was asked for inconvenience reg that. Miss DIVYA SHARMA asked her colleague to dterminate our service directly.

    Its becoming very pethetic becose whenever I called up to customer care they only giving hope that our faulty instrument will change in next 24 hrs.

    I dont knoe how to get positive response fro TATA INDICOM landline dept. in this regards.
    even they will generate the unused bill for these days where we rae not at all used the service.

    Pls help us to resolve this matter as early as possible.
