I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for Dear Sir, for blocking my outgoing calls even at the clearance of the bill. Its been a week now and nobody has resolved my problem till yet.
I am using a landline number 41823927 under account number 12273558 in the
name of R.K.Consultants, K-42, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi- 110014. Due to
late payment my phone¿s outgoing service was blocked & on 18th August I
deposited cash & paid the bill. Till yet my phone¿s outgoing service is
blocked. Everyday I am making several calls to customer care regarding which I
got the reference number which is 36741396. I have spoken to Mr.Gopal,
Ms.Mona- floor supervisor, Ms.Sonal Gupta & I was assured by them on each
different days that the problem will be resolved in 4 working hours, ever
since then I am wasting my phone calls & time to call from different number to
customer care & begging them to resolve my problem.

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for not restoring the services even at the clearance of the bill. Its been a week now and nobody has resolved my problem till yet.

late payment my phone¿s outgoing service was blocked & on 2nd Sept I paid the bill. Till yet my phone¿s outgoing service is blocked. Everyday I am making several calls to customer care regarding which I

different days that the problem will be resolved in 4 working hours, ever
