I am using MTNL landline phone bearing No 25080352. I am getting a lot of disturbance due to mixing of voice of another user in my telephone line. This disturbance is at so much high level that i can talk to that user. I had made a lot of complaints but they not solved it.I feel mentally disturbed knowing that the other user is listening what i am talking and my conversation is no more confidential.
