MTNL poor service hellosir/mam,
i am anurag munjal from delhi.
i am very unsatisfied with the promise which MTNL,delhi made to me.
at the time when i opted for mtnl, they promised me that extension/parellel line will be provided, but now,after complaining 4times, they are refusing to provide me with the same.
please help me.

Poor service of MTNL land line My office phone 25652410 frequently kept dead it is hardly working only for 5days in amonth it is presumed that this is derivatly under signed contected somany times to Mr JL sharma JTO and MR. Pal SDO but no concrete action has been taken so far . This no 25652410 was kept unserviceable for Mor then 45 days without any reason .
I have contected to JTO,SDO,DTE,& Area manager also butno action has been taken.
I,m totaly dis appointed with the service.
