tata indicom cannot even solve a minor problem

    Default tata indicom cannot even solve a minor problem

    from the past 3 months on my tata indicom landline the news service has been activated on its own. i have not activated the service. On my own i discontinued the service but again it started. when i call the customer care they cannot solve my problem. i therefore complained online on their website also & received a mail from them that someone will call me but however no one as yet has done so. they clearly state in their mail that they will call back in 6 business hours i had complained on the 24th of this month & still as yet nothing has been done! and today i receive a mail from them that my complaint has been resolved but no one as yet has called me and neither have they deactivated the service! why are they charging me for something i have not activated!they are just fleasing money! u may further contact me on this no 9819318692

    I am tired of complaining & mailing u so many times. The number that i have mentioned above is very well active & working. My other alternative numbers are 02264184404 & 02265184404.

    hello, i am frm gandhinagar ( STATE: GUJRAT) , i have bsnl landline at home. i wnt to convert my phone service provider BSNL to TATA. BSNL has high charge comparision to TATA. but i dont want to change my bsnl landline num. so i wnt to get landline portability. is this possible. ?

    Default do not make the mistake of choosing tata indicom

    Despite u calling back & confirming my problem, u message me on my tata number on which im facing the problem that youll will solve my problem within 6 hours! this message was received on the 2nd of this month & however the problem wasnt solved in that much time as specified by you! however giving ull some more time proves to be just a waste.& today being the 4th i receive a message on my landline that my problem has been resolved when nothing has been done! what nonsense is this? if you are not interested in solving my problem please be frank! i advise the people reading this & everyone else not to use tata indicom services as they are just interested in money & not at all about the customers! they customer care is just for namesake!please spread this message not to use tata indicom as i choose it and im suffering!this proves if a company cant solve such a minor problem which i am facing from the past three months how will they help the masses!
