Reliance landline complaint I got two postpaid landline connection of reliance alongwith broadband connection. I am disappointed because the I am getting bill for the service which I have not availed and this is not accepted from reputed company like Reliance.
My details are as follow :
Customer Name: Mr. Anil Kumar
Customer A/c Number : 100106928367
Since the underground wiring was happening in May till June because of which we are not able to availaed the service. Despit of number of complant and call for discontinuing the service, no action has been taken till now.
Now your GOONS were calling us from Mumbai are threatning us with dire consequences.
I already met few of you guys over your office near CP and made numerous complaints via mail to your email ID rcom.care@relianceada.com but not received single reply also for your reference my service request No is 143135325.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. I will wait for day before arranging for the matter to be corrected by relevant authorities.

land line not working I am having three landlines bearing the numbers 357677, 357508, 357509 at poonthottam in thiruvar district,tamil nadu.all the three numbers not working .reason not known. Made complaint no rep0nse.

32509228 My landline of the above mentioned number is not working. We are unable to make any call nor received any calls (no ring tones).
land line phone not working sir i had land line number 01744321373 but for last 25 days i have problem to make and receive calls. i pay my all bills on time and my balance is in -2 rupees when i went in the near reliance store the owner told me that he had no time to solve my problem and his behavior was not good at that time. i also call on customer care but they told to go on reliance store but there the owner not listen me.

Not working landline phone I had complian to reliance for dead phone complain on 30/04/2012 and onwards but till date it is not resolved yourgoodself told me your complain will resolve in 24 hours.but i am very sorry to saly till it is there.
