    Default Legal Notice from Airtel

    Hello Sir,

    I m a customer of airtel for the last 6 years.I had both broadband and landline connection.My landline number is 0755-4038193 and internet id is 075512117597_mp.

    I had requested for dicountinuation of this landline service effective from Sep 2010, to which customer care associate told me that he is forwarding my request.i didn’t get any instant call from airtel but my telephone line automatically got disconnected after 1-2 months

    From Sep onwards I am only paying my broadband bill and still using broadband service and have not missed a single payment

    Today I got legal notice from airtel without without any prior notice asking me to pay telephone bill Rs 1420 till dec 2010 in next 7 days.

    Now I don't understand the commitments of Airtel. I really did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from a reputed brand like airtel specially with old customers

    I had talked more than 2 time to airtel representative.He wants more time to resolve my issue

    Now i am in big mess cuz my 1 week notice period already expired

    Default About Airtel Bradbond and Their Bill

    Hi,

    My self Sanjay Srivastava.
    I am using Airtel bradband with no-0120-4247044.
    i fire the complain for cut my line in many month before.
    But all time they call and not cut my connection.
    After some time they generate a huge bill,and told me that it's DSL charges.
    i have a unlimited connection plan and not use any other service,after that they arjust my bill,when i am going to pay then again generate a huge bill.

    They always threated me and abusing regarding their false bill.
    Now they told me that they send me legal notice.

    Please do something.

    Thumbs down Legal Notice from Airtel!!

    I don't understand why a company tries to defecate on its food, the customers. It is not our problem if Airtel lost so much in South Africa and poor 3G implementation. To send a legal notice from some cheap Lawyer threatening to sue , is very unprofessional. The reason for this strange behaviour from airtel is a bill of Rs.1500 which, thanks to its highly inept workers has gone unnoticed, even after payment.

    On top of all that, I am ordered to pay these morons a legal cost of Rs 500 for printing out some garbage, to put it mildly.
    Please Airtel, try to save your skin. Your days as a Telecom Giant may be all but over if you continue to sue your own customers for money.

    I will stop using Airtel Mobile which I have been using for the past 7 years and also my insist that my Family stops using Airtel services too.

    This is Hardik. Harsora my airtel no is 9987721532 I have cancelled my Airtel number in March and I have visited your Airtel gallery, Borivali(Mumbai) more than 8 times, which you can confirm with your team . They are telling me since then that they will cancel my card. I have not used since March and you can check. Also I spoke to the lady sitting there regarding the unnecessary calls I am getting for bill payment which I have cancelled long back but your team has not updated in your system.Also she told me that I will get back my deposit after cancellation which I have not received yet.

    I am getting a call from your person and she is abusing on phone her number is +917738069835...Is this the way you talk to your CUSTOMER....I am using your Airtel landline also and I am regular in payment of that please check it . Thousand times I have told to cancel the following number 9987721532, and your people are sending the bill again and again and now its too much that they have started abusing also.


    Please take an immediate action.
