I have registered complaint regarding non functioning of my telephone No.2553391 about 15 days back under Comp.No.1003205856. I have repeatedly telephoned at Talab Tillo Exchange (Tel.No.2552198) requesting them to get my phone repaired. But unfortunately I have to say that BSNL is now a totally non-reliable Govt. run system and there approach is always non-cooperative and ligering-on type. No one cares for promptness because they feel that being Govt. deptt, no body can do anything to them. I am always told that my telephone will be got repaired within 2-3 days. But God knows when those 2-3 days will end. The height is that when I told the person at Talab Tillo exchange that since they are not at all attending my complaint, I will have to take up the matter to higher level, I was told that they do not care. Though I feel that my complaint may not be resolved very soon, But may be there must be few honest and dedicated officers still in BSNL, who may try to actually attend the grievance of common people and help to lift the image of BSNL a little bit.

My BSNL Phone number (01234 -252719) is not working from last 3 months, I have already esclate this issue with SDO, & their seinor also. but till now there is no response from BSNL side. I have offered my phone discussionation letter application sign off with SDO due to this type of servies. please suggest for the same, if the issue not get resolved.

I have made complaint regarding subject previously, but in vain. On your site an outstanding bill is appear against my name. While I have paid this bill in time.

On cash counter of BSNL palwal (Haryana) I have paid Rs. 1000/- on dated 28-09-2011 against my bill for Rs. 677/- (Telephone no. 01275-24499) on my name. bill no. 10046136690017 (SSA code FBD)

Secondly this phone have been transferred on my name one year before, in the month of October 2010 from my wife name but you still show my wife name on site.

I request you please rectify the outstanding amount from your site, which is appear on my name and please insert my name for this telephone..

Our BSNL landline n0. 01572-220422 is not working from last one month after complaining many time to GRADE SUPERVISOR and related SDO(m.no. 09413394651).
The reply of the SDO is daily that I tell the Ram Narayan (Grade Supervisor Beri-Sikar) and he will come definitely today. And there is also no response any day.We will wasted about Rs.100 to calling them.
Please take necessary steps.
