my BSNL Land line connection has not been working for 1 month. and I did complain to BSNL before 1 Month then no response has come from BSNL. my Land line No. is 2251057. and complain no. is 1001837649

Sir,
I applied for" BSNL BROADBAND and lanldline phone connection" and i have paid about rs 1200 of fee money, but they didn't provide me any broad band or phone connection no connection is setup till today whenever i ask to customer care they just told me that a phone no is aloted to you and the connection will setup soon...but i don't know how much time they will take to setup my connection.
Now i want my money back. Can you help me getting my hard earned money back or providing me connection as soon as possible.

DEL number : 0141-2440625, using at vaishal nagar location jaipur form the last two year back.
From the last few days around 25 days , the specified number is not active as we can say its dead(No ringing).
Raised many complaints to the respective sources but still problem persists.
I also want to add one more complaint : as this DEL number is having wifi operations , while browsing the internet over the two machine same time , its not allowing other user to browse accordingly.Please look in this issue with aggressive mode.

The services provided by BSNL are highly unsatisfactory.I changed my residence[139,krishna path,premnagar,gujar ki thadi,Jaipur]on 18/07/2011,where tel.no.2290880 was installed.I contacted BSNL office at ashok marg c scheme,jaipur
for surrender of telephone.Sh.R.L.AGARWAL,an officer suggested me to shift the same at the new address B-290,shanti nagar-B,gujar ki thadi jaipur,instead of surrendering the same.In view of the same,i applied for shifting on 02/08/2011.
On 19/08/2011,i contacted the office and came to know that no action was taken by the office.Hence,i met Sh.Agarwal
who assured me for early action.
Since than,i paid several visits to the office but no satisfactory reply was given for the delay.In the last week,i met Sh.Agarwal and requested him to disconnect the same but he assured me that the action in the matter will be taken on the same day i.e. on14/1o/2011.Now,it has been shifted today with new no.2299907 but still the broad band is not connected.I request you as under-
1.No charges for the period 18/07/2011 to 20/10/2011
2.Reasons for the in-ordinate delay
3.To refund all the bill amounts paid during this period.

Hello Sir,
I have applied for new landline connection & had paid demand of Rs 500 on 30/05/2011 but still waiting get connection.
the allotted telephone No. is 0294-2650100, D.N. No. is 0000495437, customer Id is 1018554835.
we have contacted many times but never got satisfactory response from BSNL dept Udaipur.
The responsible officer Mr.L.L. Heda(Mob. No 9413395791) of Kaladwas telephone Exchange has never responded for our complain.
I want immediately some serious actions to be taken to my complaint and should be provided with some compensation for all the harassment. I want my connection with immediate effect.

Sir,

A free bsnl No.7597648482 issued to me againt landline connection No. 2754880 as per scheme.

Some times it shows charges when I call on my landline No. After 3 - 4 months its a regular practice. Most of time it dose,t show charges. So rectify the problem.

THE comlain was lodge vide no 7650586.but your representative mr abhishek visited &check the connection.he could not restore &even advocating for chang of connection. &to get of other companies. it shows that your men are working aginst your company.pl. look in to matter & restore my broadband connection.
