I was using the Tata Indicom number 0120 6453285 before leaving to UK for 7 months. Instead of surrendering the connection, I thought to pay min monthly rental (Rs 180 + taxes) so that I can continue the conntection after returing back. But I didnt know that it will become pain for me. For initial six months it went fine and I paid the bill online bills of around Rs 200. Suddenly the seventh month bill was generated of Rs 3500/- and the local, STD calls were made in hours. This is the bill of phone which is non-charged and packed in carton. And interestingly, my credit limit is only Rs 2000/-.
Luckly, the seventh month was the month when I returned back and logged a complaint at Sec18 tata indicom center ard 20th April. The Complaint Ref number is 168764113. I only received a call next day from customer care executive to know abt the problem and he said that it might be the case of phone cloning, but afterthat it seem there is not any action.
