    Default Negligence of Connection Termination Request by reliance communic

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I Abhijeet Patel a consumer of Reliance Communications under Reliance Broad Band Services ID # : 388327624655
    Phone # : 011-30536781 Esclating the matter due to negligence of Connection Termination Request by reliance communications in which follwing is the event sequence.

    1. Date : 19/10/2010 : I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to request a change of address for services and billing to new location due to change of my residential address got information that request is accepted and I will get a call back in 48 HRS for the same from them
    2. Date : 19/10/2010 : I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to know the status of the request as due to no response from Reliance Communications. Got information that connection cannot be transferred due to some techinical issues, I requested to speak with supervisor got connected with one of them asked him for details why they cannot tranfer the connection when the new location is just next building to previous one he said it is not possible to transfer the connection just that is it so I asked him to disconnect the services and connection as they are of no use for me because I already shifted to my new address he said ok to it.

    3. Date 30/10/2010 : I called I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to know the status of the disconnection got to know that there is no such request raised I asked for the reason said I never requested that in first place and I requested to speak to supervisor I got supervisor Sheikh Habeeb on the line he told i was required to say that " I want to place a complaint request for disconnection of the services " rather than saying " disconnect the services", so now he is raising the request and said I will be contacted within 48 HRS for the same.
    4.Date 06/11/2010 : I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to know the status of the request as due to no response from Reliance got to know that they called me on 05/11/2010 evening time on dipawali day and I said contact me after Dipawali which is completely fake info there is no such conversation happened because I never ever got a response from Reliance Communcation and that is the reason I am calling them again & again.
    5.Date 09/11/2010 : I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to know the status of the request as due to no response from Reliance got to know that directly requested to speak with supervisor got Mr. Nagendar Gope he said the request is in process I will get a call back I told him I heard these things a lot many times tell me something new and status of my request because now this time it's a high time and I not going to pay bill after my first request date that is 22/10/2010 because it's not me who failed to do his work and responsibilities it's them who are stepping back and neglecting things he told me again I will get a callback. I asked for the phone # of their nodal office they gave me the # 01130332655 , I called this # after a numerous tries when I got to speak with some one they told me I need to call Mr. Kishan Kumar at 011-30320098 the # where some picks up the phone and disconnect it immediately.
    6.Date 12/11/2010 : I called Reliance Communications customer service dept. to know the status of the request as due to no response from Reliance got to know from representative neelesh that first I never requested disconnection and the when I requested to speak to supervisor he placed me on hold and after a minutes came back said yes your request is raised I still insisted to speak with supervisor because he also told me that I am required to pay bill for all those days till the time connection is not terminated, then I got supervisor Vanita on asking reason for non termination of connection she said because their termination dept team needs to callback before they can do it. on asking who will pay the bill of these days she said you will get a callback from termination team and they will tell you.

    This entire situation lead me to raise the complaint to TRAI as this is the way these people are charging unauthorized bills to consumer and making there profits, please look into the matter,

    Hi,
    few weeks back i bought Reliance Netconnect + connection (9382372832), it was told that the speed would be around 2.5 Mbps around my residential area (poonamalle) in chennai. but i am receving only 20 Kbps and lower than this. if any settings to be changed. pl let me know immeidtaely. loca delaers are not aware of this issue.

    Dear Sir,

    thanks for your reply. yesterday i got a call from reliance customer care faculty. i was told to reinstall my account and then to change the network setting to HSD mode. but in the setting only below 3 setting are available.

    1) Reliance netconnect+
    2) High speed 1X
    3) Htbrid

    what shall i do now. pl help me. still there is no improvement in net accessing speed.
