    Default Airtel Landline/Broadband not working from 2 months



    Hi

    I , Sahil Rao have airtel landline cum broadband connection has not been working past 2 months. Nobody in the Airtel is concerned about all the complaints and mails being forwarded but to my utter surprise everytime they say your area has some serious technical issues and we will be sorting this issue very soon.

    Earlier i was given the lame excuse that my airtel connection will be corrected after commonwealth games, claiming that mcd is not allowing us to do the wiring and all, now its been close to 1 month since the games are over and my connection is still DEAD and i am getting repeatedly bills every month without fail and alos get reminders that your due date is near kindly pay your bill to avoid disconnection. WHAT A JOKE, my connection is already dead and they are going to disconnect it.

    In my adjacent areas, all the airtel connections are working absolutely fine but in my colony along with me there are 3-4 homes where airtel services have not been restored.

    When ever i call some nodal officer # they say that sir you might have got the complaint number, arey why should i keep a note of your complaint # ,i have 100 other things to keep a note of.

    I want immediately some serious actions to be taken to my complaint and should be provided with some compensation for all the harassment apart from the waiver of my bills and want my connection to be restored with immediate effect.

    Hello Mr. Rakesh Ranga

    I would like to inform you my landline is still dead, n with whose confirmation you are writing here that my issue has been resolved.
    I m horribly surprised by your reply and want to know few things
    1. what is the procedure of your careless company to resolve a complaint?
    2. Dont you people call the concerned complaint number and ask if the services are fine and working?

    And to this i want to bring to your notice that neither did i get a confirmation call for feedback nor my problem has been solved and i seriously would like to file a RTI that why my services are not being restored and addition to that i will also file an FIR by your name for submitting wrong information in the forum stating that your problem has been resolved.

    You Airtel people are such ridiculous, i never thought such a big name in the market and fooling customers with no regrets.

    Plus till the time my connection is not restored i want an alternative device to use internet (kind of a USB) since i m in a state where i cannot disconnect from you people and neither i can avail services from any other ISP.

    So kindly do the needful ASAP. as i seriously want an alternative since i was promised for uninterrupted services but i have not been given those.

    Hi Rakesh Ranga...

    Do you know about your customer care, how it works, poor customer care, poor services, i called nearly 15 times, no one turned up to fix the isuse, i will file a case for this issue. why airtell is taking money and giving poor customers service. AIR-TEL will face this, Iam going to court for this issue for SURE.

    Hi Vikram,

    Airtel is pathetic. I am also facing the same problem. I escalated to Cust care, Nodal Officer, Airtel Presence, Appellate Office ...even the ombudsperson, but no reverts !! its more than 2 months now.
    Not sure if the forums will be able to resolve the issues (coz here also the issues are escalated to the same authority i.e. Airtel Presence). What i suggest is that lets take these issues on social networking sites !! lets spread the news everywhere and make Airtel pay (by bringing down its Brand) !
    Additonally lets try to take these things legally and sue them for the mental agony which they have caused. Lets make the people (in Airtel) pay their dues.
