    Default Unauthorized deduction of money

    Sir,

    I am a MTNL customer and holding landline with broad band and mobile numbers of MTNL (No. 9868436003). Earlier I have registered my complain for unauthorised deduction of 30 rupees in 07 Oct 11 ( complain No. 323394) and assurance was given by the customer care rep and shift in- charge that no further deduction will be made in future. Now, it is regretted that again today 23 Nov11 30 rupees has been deducted ( by the No.57777030) without any subscription to this number. Please stop this unwanted and unauthorised deduction of money henceforth and the money may please be refunded immediately.
