i have a broad band connection. when i got the connection te plan was HOME 750 PLUS U/L.
ACCORDING TO PLAN fixed monthly charge of telephone should not add in the bill.
while i also paid extra bill apporximately 12 month.

now i want to judgement. my extra payment adjust in my next due bill.
i complaint many times to every officers that please resolve my problem
but no one care on my complaint.

please tell me what can i do??????
