regular follow ups from the last 50 days.

I have been misleaded all these days by their customer reresentatives at the
call centres. I have also formally communicated this to them through email
aswell on their helpdesk, however there is no response.

I herewith request you to do the needful.

i have already paid bill of my garuda mob.no.22910193 of the month apr.2009 amt.inr558.00 by cheque dated 21/05/2009 drawn on indian bank,goregoan.
then also the department is sending me as unpaid bill with every month's bill.
i have already complaint it on 1502 hot line number of garuda.but action is not taken by regarding office berears till this date.

I had applied for new land line with MTNL Thane in September 2009. The Work Order No.17261 Dt.11/09/2009 was given. But, it is regretted that till this date the tele connection is not provided to my residence, inspite of the telephonic reminders to the JT, and Executives. Hope, I will get tele connection atleast in this year !

I cant acces gprs services in my Nokia mobile and my number is 9757378434 when i complained in custmercare centre then teir excutives are measleading with me so, please take such actions about behaviour and services

We have registered complaint vide complaint No. 6264 on 11.02.2010 regarding non-activation of our Internet connection, but till now we have not received any feed back from your end.

Kindly sort out this issue and do the needful at immediate effect.

i am a dolphion customer in thane east since last 7 years my mobile no is 9869411078 and i am also having another three connections in my family BUT unfortunately we are getting very weak signal in thane east area and there is no signal in office premises/houses/shops in entire thane east area YOU can verify the fact personally.
Till the date myself and so many other like me are waiting eagerly about improving the signal/range for yr mobile network Whenever yr signal /network will strong definately yr connections will increase.
so pl verify the fact arrange accordingly if you want mtnl will servive in this age of compitition.

when ever i try to call any one... the mesg shown is number busy.. please try 2 resolve this prob.. ! its realy a big head ache !

Yesterday dated 18th Feb I have visited versova telephone exchange to apply for a new braodband connection, I carried my original electricity bill and pan card copy, but hurriedly I forgaot original pan at home only.

Some Mrs Naik (wears spects) was sitting there to accept the new forms, she asked for original pan, I requested that I forgot the same at home and I have taken xerox from the original, in the mean time pls accept the application and I am sending my wife to bring the original,, unexpectedly she started raising her voice to humiliate me and said that how can you say that you have taken from the original, she kept on repeating the same on top of her voice I felt embarrassed and insulted I have spoken to the manager also that she does not need to shout on the customer. but the manager was not raedy to listen and took his staff side only.

I want to complain to higer authority of MTNL that this kind off rude staff are maligning the name of big brand like MTNL

Sir I had call to your call centre on 22nd December 2009 for change my net plan and telephone only incoming.But when my bill received in Feb.2010 i come to know only net plan changed. So I inquired to charai exch. They instructed me to make a written complain. In Januwary only two call I have to pay Rs.699 and for februwary may pay Rs.699.As per telephonic call there is delet with no reasion.So plese do needful And reconsider my teliphone bill.
