    Default complain of WI-FI for Landline No. 28945443 with broadline 599

    Sir,
    I would like to inform that as of today it is more than a month I registered for WI-FI facility. The work order ( No. 8040 ) was issued by your office about 25 days back till date no one has come to attend the call. We made ample calls at various numbers given each time by your office (1504 ) to inquire, but no response till date. About 20 nos were given by 1504 but not a single number has made me reach to the incharge because no one picks the phone throughout the day or if someone picks up his reply is common- we have no staff available.
    Today someone called asking for whether my internet is working. My wife spoke to him and gave the address to him to come and check yet he has not turned up. I have applied for WI-FI and not complained for internet
    This looks like people in your office do not understand what exactly we want. Shortage problem is faced in every office during summer it is nothing new. We have to make arrangement s in such a way that customers should have no problem. One month is not a less time for a big organisation like yours . Its high time that I should approach ombudsman for customer grievance. Please take immediate action so as not to bother you much.

    Subject : problem in download speed

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    At present we have the Broad band tariff plan DSL unlimited 1599. Office number is 22036187, gives me a speed of 1.344Mbps. in the initial month the speed was good but after that it has drastically dropped.

    The in charge at each of the following numbers is not available at any time of the day and even after several complains to 198 the issue has not been solved. Time to Download: 67.107second(s) Your Bandwidth: 672.70Kbps (0.657Mbps).

    We have also met Mr. Barathe, last week on 11th May 2011. He promised to solve the problem next day itself. He still has not solved the problem.

    If you cannot solve the problem, then we have to switch to different company for broadband services.

    wat is this ?? u guys tak ful amount on time .then aftr that u just for get it ??
    i hv being registering my complains from the day i hv taken this mtnl service.u guys just cal for 2 sec n then hang out saying we wil see to it .thats how u guys r seeing ??

    wats ur problem ?? if u r taking ful money on time ,then y u r ashamed of giving that service.....??

    i cant even open my gmail account....i mean wat is this ?? if typing somthing on google , then it wil take half hr to come....n downloading thing is better not to tak about ..... i cant even download a file of some mb or kb !

    not a single song is downloadable.... i dnt knw how to b good to u now .but this is just too much ...how many times i hv done complains...

    from yesterday, m nt able to acces my facebook.n gmail is stil not opening .... i cant even check my mails....

    this is just tooooo much ..... wat else m supposed to do with my dead internet u guys only tel me ...
    i hv being told through my friend that mtnl is best in speed .....now wat m suppose to say to my another friend ??

    Red face Broadband not working

    I am an Industry in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Few months back i was installed with MTNL's so called unlimited broadband and i was very much taken into confidence that this broadband would give me a tremendous speed and would help me enhance my Business. But lets say i was optimistic and did not go beyond my imagination, while installing the broadband.

    Forget about the speed, about enhancing my business, I would be trustfully grateful if i could only open Gmail in my broadband. Since the MTNL guys and their so called technicians have installed the broadband, i swear to god it only worked properly for a month or so. I have lodged in numerous complaints that i have lost count of. Last few weeks were very crucial as i was dealing with an international client for my business, and i needed internet very badly, but to my surprise i was told that my office net is not working.

    So i personally lodged a complaint at 198, nothing happened, then i spoke to the toll free no. 1504 and tried to solve it by my own, still nothing happened by their technicians and i was directed back, to complain on 198, which i did. This tale went on for like 4 days, then somehow i got hold of New Mumbai's GM office, so i called them and narrated the entire tale to them. I was assured that something would happen promptly and my problem would be solved. i was delighted and gave it a day,but my horror was still daunting me. I called again the next day, i was told the some thing but still i gave it a second chance, I was made look like a fool, nothing happened.

    Its been ten days, me complaining to the GM's office, now the serious part is, if the GM's office is not able to help me out, i don not understand where do i go.

    Default Inordinate delay in shifting of landline

    After my retirement from Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai, I came to stay in Kalamboli w.e.f. July 1, 2011. Before shifting to Kalamboli from Mumbai Central, I applied for shifting of my landline telephone no. 23008805 and accordingly, a work order no. 34382 dated June 30, 2011 was issued by Byculla Exchange and I was also alloted a new telephone no. 27421614 vide the same work order.

    However, after contacting the officials of Kalamboli Exchange, I came to know that shifting of the telephone connection is not possible immediately because of paucity of cables with MTNL even when MTNL's existing line is up to the building adjacent to the building in which I stay. Finding no alternative other than to wait, I requested MTNL to keep my phone connection in safe custody till I am provided with a new connection. In the interim, I tried to contact Kalamboli Exchange over the phone many times but nobody even bothers to pick up any of the the phones (27422222, 27421100 and 27420505) at any time of the day. I, somehow, managed to find mobile numbers of the officials GM(Shri Bhatia) and DGM (Shri Kishte) from my sources (MTNL does not bother to display mobile numbers of their officers anywhere and landline phones are never picked up by anybody). Even after contacting both of them and Shri Gupta, Manager nothing appears to be happening at all. When I spoke to Shri Gupta today, he told that they still do not have the required cable and the permission from CIDCO is also not forthcoming. When I asked him whether the matter will be escalated if I write to newspapers, he said I may do whatever I like.

    I hope that I may get justice through this forum and is not denied internet access and IPTV through MTNL broadband connection.

    Default cannot make outgoing calls in roming time

    I write this mail,as i cannot make outgoing calls at the time of roming time., and i get anser " unable to connect" however ,i got the incomming calls.

    Exclamation complint angaist broda band

    i have Mtnl telephone no 25572557. Having plan 495 combo. My internet is not working last 10 days. I have lodge complaint. complaint No.is A-708. Regarding this i have talk to Yadav shab of Denoar Telfone Exchang. But no boday is attandad the complaint.So kindly resold the problem my CONTACT nO. IS 9819217031. & e- MAIL- poklebapu@yahoo.in.

    Angry phone is not working properly

    Angry Instrument box not working properly

    My phn no is 25660642.My phn instrument box has been changed before 4 months,now its not working properly,the person who is on call is unable to listen what i am speaking on the phone,i have complained 4 times but their is no good service.Every time a call comes from mtnl to see whats the problem,but no one comes to check it out...

    dear sir my no is 29662145 which is working since 1992 in 92 instrument is given by mtnl now instrument is not working properly the one lini man tiwari say u r using ur own instrument we r not responcible foe the same its our record shown but tell me how its possible from 92 many time instrument was change now whats problem an ialso complaint for line man tiwari who use bad language against me pl take action against him

    Default Not replacing faulty Modem

    Sir/ Madam,

    I have logged the complaint for faulty modem, on 198 and online too, many times but every-time it get reset, even if internet is not working. Now its about 20 days since I logged it first time.

    Then I am daily calling the officer in-charge, everyday he says, that they will come today but they dont come. When I asked the reason why, they reluctantly said they dont have vehical to come and its the users responsibility to take the modem and then configure it.

    They want us to take leave form our office and do there work.

    My phone have some issue.

    i am already call logged with mtnl (198) number. Already paid all bill.
    But no one responeces. Also my landline wire or phone is faulty.
    i get some number from customer care( 25881064,25891064) but no one received the phone.

    what i do ?
