I paid the price for have a MTNL line at my residence, BULL SHIT service

I have converted my post paid to pre paid.

What about the advance I had paid earlier? is it refundable or absorbed by you?

Actually I had opted for 1paise per sec scheme by MTNL but then my account is getting deducted as Rs 1 per minute. What Should i do

I applied for Tri band @495 plan on 30.03.2010, till date there is no response from your Thane Charai office,while application time,they told with in 8 days there will be a net connection.For your information end of this month i am travelling to my native place for one month so nobody will be there in my house.Till date nobody attended,after so many follow up and calling i writing this complain to you.Hence i reguest to plaese do needful.

I booked mtnls internet service on my existing telephone line which is approx 20 years old.

The booking date was 7/4/2010 and the work order number is 2427.

When i booked the service i was told that the same will be fulfilled within two to three days and now when i asked for the status i have been told by the officer that due to lack of port availability in the mtnl it may even take a month also to start the the service on my line, as i am in real need of the service.

The officer named dilip jain is a very ill mannered person please kindly take some action against him and people like him creates bad feelings about mtnl .

Tel No 26364883 was Surrenderd by MTNL work order no. 2246 Dated 15/2/2010.There is considerable amount due to me around Rs 60000/-.(Approx). I was stunned to hear from MTNL account officer Ms Vaidya Of Versova Exchange that no amount is due to me on Telecon dated 16/4/2010. There is no effort on the part of the officers to explain the delay in making the refund. How can they when they are all in denial mode. They just say that you have telephoned now. So we shall work out the refund. What for is the work order for when we have to chase the officers for refund? Moreover the officers just talk without explaining the delay in refunding. . As it is more than two months have passed since the date of the work order. Please Help

I surrendred my tel no 26364883 on 15/2/2010. I had a cosiderable voluntary deposit. The balance due to me is approx. Rs 60000/-. Mtnl is in delaying the refund. Once they categorically stated that there is no refund applicable in my case since it is under NON OYT General Category. Is it true That MTNL is not likely to refund any amount under NON OYT General category. Please Help?

please send the gprs configuration through sms whenever the sim is put in any mobile so it helps the clients who have activated gprs system ( 3g r what ever it may be) to use it easily.
as it take lot of time to come on net and see the activation and use it and please reduce the charges for grps (that's 25 rupees) to minimum 5 rupees as many youngsters r using grps and its helpful for the youngsters to use net easily and more efficiently and regularly if the chare is reduced from 25 rupees to 5 rupess and configuration sms is sent whenever the sim is put in any moblie according to the moblie .

I am a MTNL landline customer with landline no. 022-27560680 located at sector- 15, CBD, Belapur.
This line went dead from 30-04-10. I registered a complaint on 01-05-10 and I was given a docket no. 9204.
The initial problem was absence of ring tone. Obviously this is a exchange problem.
Through the same line, broadband is working.
When I checked on 2nd, 3rd May, the same docket no. was existing. On 4th May, the complaint was re-set with out attending the complaint.

I registered again and I got another docket no. 4384 dt. 04-05-10

Now the exchange fault has progressed. line is dead completely. When no. is dialed from outside, the voice message says, "due to faulty line condition, your call can not be completed at present."

I do not understand why pending complaint is removed with out attending the complaint. Is the complaint registration system a joke ?

I request MTNL to take the complaint seriously and attend to it today.

i m mr. Pednekar, i have one mtnl line no. Is 25801095 & also having broad band connection from last 2 month but this last two month my line is dead by 15 or 20 days.

Till, i am facing this problem. What is the solution for that.

We are not happy to your service.

I want to disconnect the broad band as well as land line.

I reside in Chembur, Pestom Sagar. Our telephone exchange has been changed some 15 days back. Till now the lineman has not visited my place to start my telephone no. 25227091. We have loged complaint long back and the docket number is 7654. We have been talking to Ms. Chavan at the Chembur exchange but she is only giving us false answers, saying that the lineman will come today. I hope you understand how difficult it is to live without telephone in today's world. My both the children are at US and we are unable to contact them due to non-operation of this phone.

I request the serior authority to look into this personally and help us to start our phone as early as possible.

I am din dayal Pathak Telephone No. 27570561 applied for Broadband and installed on 19 Aug 2009 and worked oly for two hours .I complained vide docket no 6068 dated 20 Aug 09. after lot of written complains and personnally
visiting the MTNL office in the Belapur no action was taken till 27 Aug 2009 .I was always promissed by officers in charge that you go home , some body will visit and do need ful .I was is need of net badly do I paid Rs two thousand to a private aperator and took net connection . I have been charged Rs 800 for intallation charges just of no mistake of mine and MTNL did not provide service.
I have made many complains to MTNL office ,DGM Public Grivience and AGM MTNL Mumbai . I am sorry to say
I have not receive any reply from MTNL Mumbai . The Copy of all complains have been submitted .
