Last 15 Aug 2008 my land line phone 020-27011623 was stop functioning, so registered complaints. i wrote lot of application to main branch. but nothing happen.There is no other medium to for my parents to communicate with my family.

6 months there was no replay from BSNL,we visited nearest branch office ie. vimananagar pune and meet to Mr.khaire he gave commitment that very soon we will install new line, then we will resume ur old line.mean time you can use WLL phone.so i take new WLL connection. but after installing that Hopeless instrument i realize that is no network in that phone.we have to keep this phone in window,when any call came we have to run out of house with that WLL phone.
i dont want to close this number because this number was spread to many people.

You wouldn't believe that after registering complaints BSNL are sending bill every month with out any failure. I think i am only person in my city who visited most of the BSNL branches in pune.each and every officer gave different excuse, like

* Your case doesn't come in my area.
* You have to visit our main branch.
* Today boss is not present.
* I will send some one to examine your area

etc.

Kindly help me to reopen my old connection(022-27011623).
