    Default Tata Walky ETS2222+ Faulty Charger not being replaced

    My name is Nitesh Shetty and I have purchased Prepaid- Walky Huawei
    ETS2222+ (020-64183122) for Rs 1400/- from Mehata Communications ,
    Shop No.1, Kunal Plaza, Pune-Mumbai Rd, Chinchwad Station, Pune
    411019. on 31-3-2010.
    My charger has gone dead and hence, I am unable to charge the phone. I
    have visited the Tata Indicom service centre at Stronics PCMC, C-4,
    Phase-2, Mother of World, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi-Pune -411035. The
    service center code is 2002901. They gave me a job card for the above
    problem on 22-6-2010.
    Receipt No: HU10-C75-06-0028
    Receipt Date: 22/06/2010 13:40pm
    They informed that it would take 8 days to get a replacement for the
    charger as it is under warranty.
    They asked me to collect my charger on August 8, 2010. After, I went
    there,they took my job card and gave me a charger which is not
    compatible with my walky and the display says "Power Error". I
    returned it to them today August 11, 2010. After showing the same and
    they have now replied that it will take 8 more days.
    I Visited Stronics PCMC, C-4,Phase-2, Mother of World, Jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi-Pune -411035 on September 1,2010. The service center code is 2002901. They said it will take 2 more days. I have written an e-mail complaint to both customer care and nodal officer. They have said that my complaint has been forwarded to the nodal officer.
    But till date, I haven't received any reply from anyone.
    Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
