Reliance Landline

Hello members,
This is regarding the purchase of a Reliance Landline
telephone.

On 07/04/08 a sales executive from Asian Telecom named
Ganesh Agre visited me and explain me the shceme as
follows,

Pay Once Rs 2499/-
Lifetime incoming free,
Out going free all over india to any reliance phones
for three months,
Out going free within Maharastra & Goa to all reliance
phones for lifetime without any recharge,
Out going to others at 0.50 paise/min,
STD call at Rs 1.20/3 mins,
ISD Call any where in the world for Rs 4.50/min
Unlimited Surfing free through R - Connect.

But after paying the money in cash as my line got
activated everything was different.
The Actual Plan was As follows,

Pay Rs 2499/- once
1000 min free outgoing calls for period of three
months
at the rate 0.90/3 min (3 Min pulse)
If you want Rel to Rel Maharashtra , Goa outgoing free

than recharge for Rs 95/- every month.
No STD & ISD Tariff as committed.

On knowing this I contact the sales executive to look
into the matter and do the needful, but my effort was
useless.

On calling the authorities in the office I was
informed that since the sales executive was new he
forgot to told about the monthly recharges and other
expenses, so please excuse and accept the plan.

Now since one week I am in contact with them and they
just trying to ignore me.

Can anyone just help me in bringing these cluprits to
books.

Hi,

I think your issue is similar to me with releance.

Reliance telecom is the worst company than any other.Customer care is poor and
your issue is never sorted out.

I would suggest you to dis connect the line and ignorethe bills that they send
you.

Reliance telecom is simply cheating people like anything .

We have a Reliance Landline no. 0261-3017822 from last 4 years but we are facing very problems from one week. It is out of order. We tired with Complaining to Customer Care but we can’t get any solution. I had already paid Reliance Bill.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

A couple of months back, I had purchased a *Reliance Land Line No. 022
32085384 *from Joogeshwari Reliance store, Land line model no. Classc -26

not working properly.

Door to door reliance salesman showing only good side of reliance services and never giving company leaflet nor offer letter,while bill comes...we feel all cheating systems of company and its policy.

I have a reliance landline prepaid at home. I had recharged it 2 times but without calling its balance has been cut down. After 3 or 4 days i tried to call from that landline they told that rechare your account to call. So don't take any reliance phones.

ref to my phone nos 0712 3291233, sir i m using this since last 7 yrs but since last six month i m not using your telephone because of ur poor service regarding instrument i have purchase the instrument from ur webworld instrument is lsp-450r but i m very sorry to say that the instrument is not working since last three month inspit of several complaint the web word concern person is lease bother now should i do i think i have taken the wrong decesion to choose the reliance service, as a no 1 in mobile industry the company is is to take care of my instrument as the instrument is under gurantee u r kindly requested to replace the instrument if this is not happen within 7 days i m very much sorry to say that i have terminate the service of phone . my contact nos is 9823034725 my adress

From many a days i m registering a complain in your reliance care customer service about the dead phone problem,,but i m not getting proper response from RELIANCE REPRESENTATIVES.....and this is continuing from past many times and the landline tool is almost dead for 3 or more days in a week...so please cut off our reliance connection as early as posible...

Default dead phone complain

From many a days i m registering a complain in your reliance care customer service about the dead phone problem,,but i m not getting proper response from RELIANCE REPRESENTATIVES.....and this is continuing from past many times and the landline tool is almost dead for 3 or more days in a week...so please cut off our reliance connection as early as posible...
