Dear Sir,
I am having an MTNL landline at my home.I got a call from reliance regarding some saving plan on 23rd august 2010. The call was for my father.he wasn't at home so I picked the call and told him that we dont need any saving plans and not to call on this no. again and again. The person who called was so rudely talking and said that we can't do anything and that he is going to call again on this no. A minute after disconnecting the phone he called again and started asking about my fathers. On asking about recording of call he said that calls are recorded but none is going to do nothing. When asked to transfer the call to senior official person he denied. On asking about his name he said my father's name and he also knew my residence address.At the end of the call he finished by saying we cant do anything for them.

But I am very much optimistic about consumer court decisions. I see forward for the positive steps taken by you and also wants you to pls teach them a lesson for not doing this to anything and also wants to know how they manage to our addresses.
