    Red face Complaint against MTNL



    Dear sir/madam

    Please take a stong action against MTNL delhi, i am having a least of MTNL customers who are with you and frustrated from MTNL land line connection. They people asked for the bribe to solve the problem, I am the president of my society and getting complaint everyday about MTNL employs.

    Sir if you want any thing in written then also we will do all the legal paper work.

    Default Complaint against MTNL, delhi

    Respected sir/madam,

    I want to draw your kind attention towards the irresponsible performance of MTNL account department. I was using MTNL landline since year 1997 but because of the lazy & irresponsible service by MTNL, finally I decided to surrender my connection. On 1st Aug, 2009, I surrender phone instruments along-with all the needful documents. Now it has been almost 80 days I never received my phone surrender cheque. I am calling to the account officer of my zone but he is not picking the phone. I have tried so many times. His no. is 22133321. Please take some strict action against them & oblige me. Looking forward for your response.

    Angry Telephone Complain has not attended even after a month

    My Telephone number is 011-22479310. This number is not working since 5 Oct 2009. Even after many complains, no one is responding.
    They even change the complain status as solved on server. But the reality is not that. After personally visit in the MTNL office no one responding.

    Please help, If you can.

    Thumbs down low speed of broadband connection

    My Telephone number is 011-27844691. sir in the begining when i just took my broadband connection my downloading speed was good enogh but now the speed has become the worst one .i have been complaint about this at 1504 many times but no response i got from them if this problem remains there for next some days , i may take a dicison to change my net connection

    Please help, If you can.

    I MANY TIME TO TALK TO GANDHI NAGAR S.D.O BUT MY PROB. IS NOT SLOVE BY HER .
    मेने कई बार गाँधी नगर के M.T.N.L के S.D.O से अपनी समस्या के लिये बात की पर
    कोई भी समाधान नहीं हुआ | मेरी समस्या आज से नहीं है | में पिछेले २-३ महीनो से
    परेशान हु पर पिछेले ४ हफ्तों से जायदा परेशान हु | मेरा इन्टरनेट की लिंक की
    लाइट हर १०-१२ में ब्लिंक होने लगती है | जिससे मुझे काफी दिकत होती है | में
    कोई मेल पहली बार हिन्ढी म लिख रहा हु ताकि आप लोगो को समहज आजाये | नहीं तो
    मेरे पास दूसरा विकल्प है | जिससे आप लोगो को दिकत हो सकती है (
    | में यह मेल मे वो सारे नंबर लिख रहा हु जिन पर मेने अपनी समस्या के बारे म

    Question Telephone Complain has not attended even after a Year

    Arrow High Bill due to MTNL 's sytem or employee's mistake

    Respected Sir/madam,
    My name is Varun Malhotra an MCA student of IIMT engineering college Gr.Noida,Residing at 1/11420 subash park extn. navin shahdra, delhi-32, having a Dolphin Postpaid connection number 9968683776. In first week of febuary i had submitted a request for making a number free(Unlimited calling to any MTNL number plan) which tends to cost me Rs.50/month. The customer care executive asked me the number i wanted to get freed and after i told him so he said its done by saying so he wished good day and hung up & never provided me with the request number. on 14-03-2010 at 02:02 AM i recieved an sms from MTNL saying my bill is of Rs.1971 in shock i called customer care and asked about plans activated on my number they said that Rs.50 unlimited on 1 number was never activated on my number when i told them i submitted the request they said may be due to any system error it was not got recorded. I am a student and can't afford that much bills kindly help me. I also told customer care to check their records as they record every call for training and Audit but they refused and said i have to pay the bills. Is this justified to charge customers for company's employee's errors or System's errors. Isn't the Law for all? Can i file a case in consumer court regarding this? Kindly help me. Hope to hear from your side soon.

    Unhappy land line s are not working

    I have two landlines of MTNL nos are 22615089 & 22615518
    the privious no. ie 22615089 is not working from quit some time I comlained fro the same many times your excicutive
    come repaired & after some days it does not works. This time also I complained for the same & my complained no. is 6492 but today in the morning your engineer comes did something from out side but insted of repairing, my other
    no ie 22615518 also became dead, I can not understand that after repairing insted of making it worke the other no also gone dead. If MTNL cant do the repairing works properly I will ready to surrender my both no.s

    I've registered DND service on 6th Jan 2010. Still i am getting unwanted SMSs all the time. Please take necessary action against MTNL. This has really become a disturbance for me

    Default Internet Connection not provided and the security money was also not refunded

    Dear Sir,

    I request you to take strong action against MTNL as I deposited the security money for the internet connection with MTNL Mehrauli branch, Delhi. They took the money and said that internet connection as well as land-line would be installed at my place. But later on, they told me that your home is too far away from the terminal post and therefore, they can't provide the connection.

    I went to their office again to ask for the refund of my security deposit, in case they are not giving any connection. However, it's been 3 months I didn't get any reply from their side.

    Please do the needful...

    Would wait for a revert.....

    i am vimal customer of mtnl internet service i have 599 plan of 256kbps but i recieves only 20kbps from 1 month in first two days i get maximum speed but later on speed is minimum now a days i get 20kbps speed i complaint about this matter for 2 times but no one can solve it please solve this problem fastly my landline no is 011-26045644 pppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppplease

    Angry complaint against bill that was not expected

    dear sir/ma'am
    i want to draw your attention towards the bills i am getting that aren't expected since 2-3 months continuously..
    specially for land line connection , which we are not negligible.. but still bills are like 1500 or 1200 including broadband connection which is 2.5 gb free and 100 calls free.. even after 100 calls free bills are coming to be like this...

    Default Complain aginest the employees sitting at mukherjee nagar office

    Dear Concern

    This is to inform you that we have 16 telephone lines of MTNL installed in the our India Bulls Office,Kingsway camp,Mall Road,Guru Teg Bahadur,Delhi-110009

    due to finical ecnomic reasons our office has been shiftd to some other place .

    since last 15 days m trying to disconnect the numbers of MTNL which i m getting repond every time they ask me to submit diffrent diffrent kind of formalities.

    This is 3rd time when my office boy goes to sumbit disconnection form ,they ask to sign the form at the same place which have already signed by the approving authority 2 times..this is 3rd time when they people ask to sign the form by the same approving authority at the same place...

    neither they people respond well neither they are ready to submit the disconnection form

    and i know there is only one sign is require at form is "Customr Sign" along with the copy of last paid bill.

    This kind of discusting services i have never ever seen.
