That I have received a letter dated 26/09/11 on dated 25.10.2011 evening at 4:30 Pm and surprise to read as you told in letter to reply of my complain no MTD/CO/2011/1264/ED/98 Date 12/072011 has been settled by your deptt, on the consent of Sh Bakshish singh/Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 who is Taken illigal connection from your deptt, by illigal manner and stated/claimed himslef/his wife as owner of telphone address of no 27141180, without any legal foundation/property paper of telephone address,
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 and his wife namely Smt Kamlesh merely a Tenant at F.Floor of Telephone Address, already shifted in there own house at B-2, Sardar Nagar Near C.C Colony Delhi-09, and currently they are not residing in the Tenanted premises since DEC-2008, and the tenanted premises is lying vacant.
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 Claimed himself as a owner of the property in which your telphone no 27141180 is connected still not working/connected by wire/line since March-2010,
Consumer alleged that his aforesaid Telephone no is working alright till today and on the said submission matter has been solved by your depptt. But the said allegaion is null and void all bonafied submiited documents i.e filed by Consumer of aforesaid telphone no is already become null and void and Voter Id Card also stand in-fructuous because his name is already delete from voter list
KIndly not / do not restore the aforesaid telephone connection without the NOC/consent of Sh Virender kumar Bhardwaj s/o Sh Late Sh Des Raj Bhardwaj R/o H.no-11, Duplex Flat Gurmandi Delhi 7
Grounds:-
[B](a)Complain has been solve without calling Complainant /prior intimation to me & on the consent of consumer against I have lodged a Complain.
(b) All documents /statement filed/given by consumer of Tel no 27141180 are totally false/frivolous and same is null and void, because He is merely a Tenant at Telephone address and his name is already deleted from voter list.
(c) The Tenanted premises is already demolished by Order/Direction of Hon’ble Court and consumer of Telephone already shifted in their Own House at B-2, Sardar Nagar Nr C.C Colony Delhi-09, and the Tenanted premised lying Vacant Since Dec-2008,
(d) Telephone address is Completely a Residential property and there is no any kind of commercial activity, and the aforesaid telephone has taken/sanctioned by your Deptt. Without NOC of Property Owner (Sh. V.k Bhardwaj ), In name of Vishal Motor Workshop whether at F.Floor/G Floor not mentioned,
(e) All Bonafiede submitted documents/filed before GM /SDE MTNL (North )are totally false & frivolous , Kindly Check the same from the concerned authorities,
(f) Consumer stated that his connection is working alright and solved the matter himself, so kindly check the call record/line-man report of your Deptt, and direct the concern deptt not to restore the connection in my house/Telephone Address.
(e) Consumer of aforesaid connection is making a possession/residence proof by giving the billing address of your Telephone bill and save her Eviction Order before the Hon’ble Court. Please direct the consumer to bring the Important documents/property papers even Current Date of Electricity and Water bill pertaining to consumer who claim himself/his wife Smt Kamlesh owner of the property
