That I have received a letter dated 26/09/11 on dated 25.10.2011 evening at 4:30 Pm and surprise to read as you told in letter to reply of my complain no MTD/CO/2011/1264/ED/98 Date 12/072011 has been settled by your deptt, on the consent of Sh Bakshish singh/Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 who is Taken illigal connection from your deptt, by illigal manner and stated/claimed himslef/his wife as owner of telphone address of no 27141180, without any legal foundation/property paper of telephone address,
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 and his wife namely Smt Kamlesh merely a Tenant at F.Floor of Telephone Address, already shifted in there own house at B-2, Sardar Nagar Near C.C Colony Delhi-09, and currently they are not residing in the Tenanted premises since DEC-2008, and the tenanted premises is lying vacant.
That Consumer of Telephone no 27141180 Claimed himself as a owner of the property in which your telphone no 27141180 is connected still not working/connected by wire/line since March-2010,
Consumer alleged that his aforesaid Telephone no is working alright till today and on the said submission matter has been solved by your depptt. But the said allegaion is null and void all bonafied submiited documents i.e filed by Consumer of aforesaid telphone no is already become null and void and Voter Id Card also stand in-fructuous because his name is already delete from voter list
KIndly not / do not restore the aforesaid telephone connection without the NOC/consent of Sh Virender kumar Bhardwaj s/o Sh Late Sh Des Raj Bhardwaj R/o H.no-11, Duplex Flat Gurmandi Delhi 7

Grounds:-

[B](a)Complain has been solve without calling Complainant /prior intimation to me & on the consent of consumer against I have lodged a Complain.
(b) All documents /statement filed/given by consumer of Tel no 27141180 are totally false/frivolous and same is null and void, because He is merely a Tenant at Telephone address and his name is already deleted from voter list.
(c) The Tenanted premises is already demolished by Order/Direction of Hon’ble Court and consumer of Telephone already shifted in their Own House at B-2, Sardar Nagar Nr C.C Colony Delhi-09, and the Tenanted premised lying Vacant Since Dec-2008,
(d) Telephone address is Completely a Residential property and there is no any kind of commercial activity, and the aforesaid telephone has taken/sanctioned by your Deptt. Without NOC of Property Owner (Sh. V.k Bhardwaj ), In name of Vishal Motor Workshop whether at F.Floor/G Floor not mentioned,
(e) All Bonafiede submitted documents/filed before GM /SDE MTNL (North )are totally false & frivolous , Kindly Check the same from the concerned authorities,
(f) Consumer stated that his connection is working alright and solved the matter himself, so kindly check the call record/line-man report of your Deptt, and direct the concern deptt not to restore the connection in my house/Telephone Address.
(e) Consumer of aforesaid connection is making a possession/residence proof by giving the billing address of your Telephone bill and save her Eviction Order before the Hon’ble Court. Please direct the consumer to bring the Important documents/property papers even Current Date of Electricity and Water bill pertaining to consumer who claim himself/his wife Smt Kamlesh owner of the property

Myself Meraj Sayed I have filled online form for new connection on 24th October 2011 and made the online payment. After the payment I have received the message that there is in server problem I will received the confirmation later . but till date I have not received any confirmation from your side … I have called several time in your call centre , Mira MTNL office , and Your officer who manages the Naya nagar location. Mr. Dubey : 9869253811 but no is giving my right answer even I have personally visited the mira road mtnl office they said they don’t have any record for online payment , I need to visit BKC because server is put up in BKC , surprised to know this . Every time I call them and they will provide me with new contact number. My Bank statement showing me two transaction number ( MHDF 1013197574-mtnl Mumbai ) and other reference number is 1024145715 ….

Kindly help me and resolve the issue

I stay in Sector - 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. I applied for MTNL Broadband connection on 10-Nov-2011. I paid 500/- cash for installation charges to Mr Pradeep (9013602602) , the MTNL guy responsible in my area. He convinced me that I will be getting connection within 7 days.

I called customer care on following numbers (22446900,25366900). They gave me Mr kamalkant (25365050) number, (which I think JTO for Dwarka) but he never picks up the phone.

Still I have not got any further information from MTNL side about my connection and this is very frustating for me to get (telephone + internet) connection from MTNL.

The point here I want to make is, all these people are besmirching the MTNL image infront of people. I also will not recommend MTNL Broadband connection to anyone if I have not got any sensible reply from MTNL guys.

If this forum will not be able to address my problem properly, I may use social media also.

I had complained to MTNL Customer care vide Ticket no.1365 dated 21-04-2011 regarding delay in installing Wifi Modem against my new broad band connection (Telephone No. 25213791.

In this connection, it is stated that the official of MTNL had installed an old and used Wifi Modem and gave me a CD for installation of the same in a very bad condition, against my above mentioned new broad band connection (under Triband 512 unlimited combo plan), on the plea that the new Wifi Modem is out of stock. He assured that he will replace the old modem with new modem within 10-15 days, but he has not done so even after the lapse of more than Seven months, despite many reminders. It is hard to believe that new Wifi Modem has remained out of stock for such a long period.


In view of the above, you are requested to kindly direct the MTNL authority to get replaced the old modem at the earliest , as the Internet stops working many times.

For the past four months my residential telephone no 26525793(mtnl delhi)has been out of order.with the failure of electricity,the phone goes out of order and the mechanic restores it six to seven times a day.virtually the phone is of no use as it goes out of order frequently and even when one is talking.the poor mtnl has not been in a position provide back up and they have no money to purchase batteries as they say.i have personally spoken to the gm concerned who asked for seven days time.i kept quiet for a month bot to no avail.the adgm shri mullick is highly discourteous.he literally avoids the customer and misbehaves with them.he always says he is driving and would come back after reaching office.but it never happens.what should i do now?i have decided to surrender all mtnl landline telephones and go for other alternatives.it is sad that mtnl is looting the public by collectin rent without proper service.the people like shri mullick should be given compulsory retirement as they are outdated workforce.such people take the mtnl to a state of bankruptcy.

I had lodged telephone Complaint (Landline) Tele No.22756275 on 24th November, 2011. We again reminded on 4th of December. 2011 and surprised to listen that the telephone is in order and re-registerd again the same compleint on 4.12.2011. I had been to the MTNL office four times (I am a Senior Citizen aged
68 yrs.) Till date the telephone complaint is not attended by MTNL men. Can any body take immediate action and rectify the fault in my land line telephone ?

Every other day you choose to change the mode of on-line bill payment much to the inconvenience of the consumers.Can't you make the way of on-line payment user friendly and keep the mode unchanged so that a customer who is not that literate in computer application can get accustomed to it?What's more, most of the time bills reach me late or never reach at all.I''ve made complaints in this regard earlier without any tangible results.Long ques for bill payment at post offices or other bill-payment counters roll the heads of elderly people like us.So we try to to go in for hassle-free and less laborious way of bill payment.But what's most unfortunate is you hardly care for elderly customers.

I have already complained multiple times to the MTNL - Mira Road ( East ) branch but found no response from their side.

The details of the complaints are as follows :

Complaint no.1 : Date : 30/4/12, It was filled with the help of message for telephone no. 28107971 with Dkt. no "2421"

Complaint no. 2 : Date : 9/5/15, It was filled in the MTNL office itself of Miraroad East branch having complaint no. 9787

So I request you to please look into these issue and help us get the positive response from there side as this is hampering our work drastically.

last 8 months ihave sending severl reminders through 198 and in written there is being no action have been taken by them regarding of my landline know iam feeling very much depreesed and i hope so after that complaint aginst mtnl the matter have been taken seriously. thank you
