    Respected Sir/Madam,

    We have registered our complaint on 14/7/2010 and our docket no. is 4826. Still there is no response for your side. They have taken our contact no. also yet it is unattended. It is pity that big organisation like MTNL shows apathy towards consumers complain. No doubt your organisation is proving to be non moving. If Such attitude continue s you will see the customers moving from you to another worthy competitors.

    Default billing correction.......

    Sir ,mera 2-3 mahine se galat bill bann raha hai jisske vajh se mujhai baar baar MTNL (DABRI) office jaane pad raha hai baar baar appliclation day kar mai apne bill thik karata hu .sir mera APRIL ka bill 1500 aaya aur MAY ka bhi 1500 jo ki dono ka 743 aana chaaiye .Maine (TRIBAND ka UNLIMITED COMBO 599) lai rakha hai jisska bill PER MONTH 743 aata hai .ab JUNE k mahine may bhi mera bill 1115 day rakha hai jo ki 743 hona chaaiye. sir mai chata hu ki mera bill jald se jald thik karaya jaaye taaki aage bhavisye mai mujhai aise taklif na ho.

    Default Complaint about disconnect pco telephone.

    SIR,
    I M PHOOLA DEVI A HANDICAP WOMEN, I HAVE A PCO BOOTH WITH A CONNECTION OF MTNL LAST 8 TO 9 YEARS.
    THIS CONNECTION HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM 15 TO 20 DAYS AND THIS IS THE ONLY A THING BY WHICH I M EARNING MONEY AND RUNNING MY FAMILY ALSO.
    THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN MTNL OFFICE MANY TIME AT NANGLOI UDHOGE NAGAR 4 NUMBER (NEAR PEER BABA MAZAR). MANY TIME I HAVE MADE THE CALL TO MTNL OFFICE & PERSONALLY VISITED MYSELF WITH WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE OFFICER SDM AND OTHER OFFICER BUT NOBODY IS TAKING STEP TO SHORT OUT THIS PROBLEMS. FROM 15 TO 20 I M IN TREBLE.

    ONE PERSON HIS NAMED MR. MEHTO, THIS MEN IS A EMPLOYE OF MTNL WORKING AT THIS ADD:-NANGLOI UDHOGE NAGAR 4 NUMBER (NEAR PEER BABA MAZAR). WHENEVER HE COMES AT MY PCO BOOTH ON COMPLAINT,HE ALWAYS ASK MONEY MORE THEN 200/-Rs.IF I REFUSED TO DO NOT GIVE THIS AMOUNT TO HIM,WITHOUT DOING HIS WORK HE GOES BACK SIR I AM UNABLE TO PAY SUCH KIND OF AMOUNT TO THIS PERSON IF I M SUBMITTING THE BILL OF MTNL LANDLINE SO WHY SHOULD I GIVE EXTRA MONEY TO MR. MEHTO.
    SIR PLEASE TAKE A GOOD STEP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEMS.

    Dear sir,

    I have complaint lodged for my office tel no 252295984.The telephone is completely dead sinc last 25 days.I have my internet broad band connection also on the same line.Hence my office work is seriously effected.
    I had contacted concerned persons (Mr Bansodhe / Mr Mishra ) at least 20 times and they always promised to restore the line.These persons are blaming each other for the job iand nobody is taking the responsibility.If the tel is not restored within a week's time I will have to surrender the no and apply for some other telephone and which will be definitely not MTNL.All the customer care etc talks seems to be on paper rather then in actual pracice.
    Finally,waiting for another week in hope of any positive response

    Default Complaint against mtnl land line and broadband

    Hi sir
    i live in uttam nagar new delhi . My land line no is 25331250. This no. Is not working properly since 9 of aug 2010. I did complain many times. They repaired it 1 week back and again its not working from last 2 days. I called line man he asked me " r u my officer" i said no than he replied me i will not repair ur line go and talk to the officer.
    Pls sir help me wat to do for that

    Default broad band internet problem un solved since 15 days

    Since last 15 days, we have internet problem which is un solved even after many requests, reminders and complaints. My Previous Complaint 91592 and my current complaint number is 92505, the Problem is still existing. Unable to access the websites beyond first page. Cannot open 60% of the websites

    I am using landline phone 27918461 of mtnl delhi.My phone is dead from oppro. one month.I am doing complaint on 198 and 1500@bol.net.in.I have done complaint many times but no response.I did talk with line man and he says karcha pani.I did talk with Mr. Bajaj at Rohini mtnl office but he says you did complaint to senior offciers so your complaint will be listen by senior offciers.He says that you gave karcha pani to line man.They was saying that cable is faulty.But for your kind information that my street phones are ok on 2 october 2010.(27912664 Address F-553,Mangol Puri,Delhi and 27911036 Address F-559 ,27911036 is front of my house and 27912664 is attach with my house wall )
    Please do action against mtnl ,line man and mr bajaj

    Default Telephone is not working since 06-02-2011

    sir,
    My phone no. 22306241 is not working since 06-02-2011. I had booked complaint with no. 1066 dated 07-02-2011 for no dial tone. No body has attended till now.
    It is noticed that the complaint which I had registered earlier in last four months regarding noise in telephone or change the phone which was installed on 31-08-2002 giving problems on pressing the numbers. These complaints were cleared by your office days.
    himself without attending the phone. Now telephone is completely out of order since last five It is threfore, requested that the fault may kindly be rectify immediately.

    Exclamation Retrieval of the number of last received call on my M.T.N.L Landline

    Sir i have been receiving some nuisance calls on my landline number 011-25086785.
    I would appreciate your help for providing the number from which the call was made.
    The last call i received from that number was on 4.03.2011, at 11:30pm and 12:00am.

    Cool fed up with the service which was to be provide me at least 5 days before there is

    mtnl was about to provide me STD facility on 25 april on my mobile but yet not till now and no responce I complained to coustomer care c No. 1338805 on 01 may and 1338003326 0n 24 april 2011 nothing even though I have requested to start Internet No , Conference No nothing till now and other MMS 3G facility nothing till now .

    Coustomer care people are say sir your complin is lodged and service people are not taking action what to do, clint are shouting on us what we can do other that passing information . MTNL people are such nothing can be said no no body is there to heair these all.nither to nor to complins we are lodging and passing to them. all other companies are comming to door steps and providing services where as MTNL is compailing run away from MTNL to avoid service to ged rid of frastration. as MTNL people are earnig from the private network people to get away so that coustumers will join te private networks . its a govt ment agency Wheather in loss or profit what the service provider of MTNL are lossing they bounded get there salary and where as if this type of behavior is acted by private network they are lossing that income.

    what more shoud i write frustration has boiled me in such a way that Ica write a book on it.

    Unhappy Complaint regarding mtnl billing service

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    My name is Suresh Chand Jain, i'm a continuous user of your mtnl service. I'm using two numbers of mtnl, which are as follows-
    26342251
    26348583
    I got the 2nd number on the 1+1 scheme.

    My complaint is regarding the 2nd no. that is 26348583. I had a broadband connection on this number. Since a long time I was facing problem in broadband connection. Everyday some or the other problem was occurring. We always used to complaint, but because of the poor customer care service i had to get the mtnl broadband connection disconnected at Feb 2011. Since then my number is also been disconnected.
    The problem i'm facing now is that after getting the number disconnected, I'm still getting the bills regularly with a Plan 250 which is done without our information.
    If you wish to keep the 2nd number continuous, then kindly do it rent free, and connect it again.
    But if it's unable to be done, then you can disconnect this no. (26348583) permanently.
    Kindly help me. Hope to get a quick response from your side.

    I have been a MTNL Broad band user for years. Of my loyalty with MTNL, i have never been satisfied with the services.

    This complaint is after I can not take it any longer.

    Had registered a complaint on the toll free number vide Compliant No. 64200037, dated 05th- May'2011, for Modem not working & no broadband connectivity.

    Till date no one has bothered to address this complaint.

    While i keep paying RENTAL for unused services, i would like log\dge a serious complaint against the department.

    Hope after this some action is taken & the department wakes up & performs what is expected from them.

    Default MTNL land line dead after 7 days

    Respected Sir,

    I am glad to be subscriber of MTNL( its a complaint ). For the Following reasons.

    We had applied for the MTNL Combo 495 plan on 21/05/2011, We were ensured getting the connection within 8 days. on the 9th day I called the MTNL office and was informed that they have visited my house and did not find anyone at home.( this is not true as my mother is always at home). Actually nobody from MTNL visited the house.

    Then the next day the lineman came and enquired with us at home whether it is a New Line or Transfer Line.( As if he did not have the Workorder ) We informed him it is New Combo plan with Wireless modem router.

    They only fixed the Phone and said that the wireless modem router will be installed later, i asked them in how many days and he answered " It will be installed, it takes time", but they did not know how much time it takes.

    The phone line started on the 1/06/2011. and there was no sign of the wireless modem.

    on 07/06/2011 12.30 pm, After vigourous followup with the Telephone exchange, MTNL internet engineer came home with a Wireless modem router and started the internet on my Laptop.

    and by Evening the same day our phone line was dead.

    being a shareholder of MTNL, I would like to highlight this problem, and concern of MTNL service.

    Default Complaint - MTNL Broadband

    I have MTNL broadband connection @ home. Connectivity drops very frequently.
    I complained regarding the same on 1504 several times.

    I tried toi reach the SDO, Divisional engineers, Broadband Area GM office to get this resolved.

    Thet visited and di something after that it worked for few hrs then once again the same issue started. My land line number is 22799442.

    When ever I talked to them they answered, "there is issue in main line and we need to replace the cable".
    Divisional engineer said " I am waiting for the permission from MCD to replce cable". In my building we have 3-4 connections. Everyone connection is working fine without any
    interruption but my connection is having problem. But when I complained they said this is a general problem with whole area. Then how others connectivity is working fine.
    Being a consumer I need to know that what should I do in this situation and whom do I need to reach out for the same. I got frustrated with this system.
    I am suffering with this for last few months. Last year I was without connectivity for 2 months.

    I complaind for the same and asked for the waiver, never got it.
    Need your help to get this issue resolve ASAP, as my work is completely depends on internet connectivity.
