I had registered a Broadband connection in 2007 under triband1190uu(unlimited usage scheme).for which i have an acknowledgement .Thereafter BB was installed ,But they sent me bills under different scheme .Explanation given was that such a plan does not exist ,After many complaints ,Their DGM sent regret and sorry letters ,but did not settle the issue .Now after 3 years they have included an amount of Rs.14536/ in my other connection as Misc Charges .MTNL is admitting it is at fault but is harrasing me for the same .My letters to the various officials have not lead to any solution .
