Logged a complaint for a remote for setup box on Wed Eve and kept waiting for an engineer for 48 hrs (today, Friday - 9:50 PM). Called the Airtel Cx Care 4 times today, now they are saying it will get resolved only by tomorrow 5PM. Today being a weekend we are not able to watch the TV. Its been more than 48 hrs and the issue is not resolved. Whenever i call them and ask for the managers they says they are stuck on another escalation call. This proves how efficient the Cx care is. When we bought this setup box we had to wait for 10 days for the engineer to come and setup the damn thing at home. Really frustrated, exhausted... can we do something abt it..???? If we are late to pay the bill by a day, these people will call us back to back.... The reps are behaving in such a manner that we are surviving in their mercy..!!!The people whom i spoke to today in 3 hours - Lokesh, Muniraj and his manager Harish, Abdul, Prabhu (he said he will xfer the call to his manager and put me on hold and disconnected the call)
