I have applied to Airtel in Delhi for a new Landline, broadband, IP TV combo connection on 1st july 2010 for which they have collected a cheque of INR 1750 from me and confirmed the connection will be placed on 3rd July 2010.
Later they realized that they cannot provide me with a connection due to technical issues in their system for which after numerous phone calls i was told that my connection can not be put and finally on 13th July i was given a cancellation request number and was confirmed that the refund will be made by 20th July 2010.
Today even after 11 days have gone past i am still to receive my refund and the response from the airtel customer care is very nascent.
Is this the way these big organizations growing day by day and not bothering about others.
Through you i would like to take strict action against Airtel and help me get away with the harassment and inconvenience cause to me
