my name is Alessandro Beretta, i'm from Italy and i subscribed a landline and broadband connection with Airtel more than an year ago. ac n° 15827879 - now my telephone number does not exist since May 2011 but bills are still coming.
i would like to inform you that i stopped paying bills after getting twenty complaint numbers that seems to be cancelled in the system, because i have no service at all, you know my only wayout?
To disconnect the service i still have to pay from May to October, Airtel is telling me that i have no service because the payment is still pending. Too easy my friends!!! I paid from May till July without getting any service, you have to pay me for creating me a big problem my dear Airtel!!!
