Complaint against MTNL for wrong billing for the phone number 22594527 Dear sir,
At present I am availing 350 plan. I have booked internet services on plan 500. But MTNL reduced the plan to 250/- and sent me bill of Rs 1200/- for the month of May and Rs 1100/- for the month June.
When contacted, MTNL replies that there is no rs 500/- plan . Actualy this plan was there and it exists as on date also. MTNL is not responding to subsequent queries.
MTNL is insisting to approach Sanchar hat with written application now. Then how MTNL changed my bill plan without any application?
Can any action be taken for providing wrong information
Will the court help me in settling the bill at Rs 500/- plan.
