My landline phone is not working till january 2010 .i gave complaints so many times in nearest exchange and main exchange ( Bhiwani ).But there is no result.I have broadband connection on it.If BSNL can't handle there consumers then why the govt. paying them.Every time they give a new date but after that same result.Now the stage is this they are not accepting the written complaints and no one give the complaint no.I am facing many problems due to this.Its my last hope,otherwise i have only one way to stop services of BSNL.
